2 COMPANY INTRODUCTION PT GIK SERVICE PRATAMA was formed as a result of partnership between PT GRAHA INTI KREASINDO (GIK) and a Malaysian company LTH SERVICES SDN BHD (LTH). GIK is currently active in air conditioning installation, project management, coordination and testing & commissioning in Indonesia whilst LTH is actively involved in HVAC services and repairing in Malaysia. PT GIK SERVICE PRATAMA will be mainly involves in after sales services that will compliment GIK operation by providing a one stop solution for HVAC applications. The core activities of PT GIK SERVICE PRATAMA includes offering periodic service maintenance program for all HVAC applications, repairing & overhauling chillers, conducting chiller plant room energy auditing and optimization. The company also able to provide consultation and services for real time data collection for chiller plant room and other related HVAC controls. Real time data collection is predicted to have a very big impact in minimizing unnecessary downtime that affects the business continuity and also able to prevent major catastrophic breakdown of the HVAC equipment. In order to ensure the highest quality of service and customer satisfaction, we have equipped with state of the art equipment and a latest innovative technology with qualified and experienced manpower's to execute the Project Management & Maintenance Service. Our Maintenance Service Department do have latest state of the art equipment list for servicing and additional innovative tools to measure and data collection complete with up to date report submission.
