2 C O R P O R A T E P R O F I L E Overview CSF Group is principally engaged in the business of providing a full range of services associated with data centers, namely the design and development of data centers including project management, fit-out and integration of the equipment within data center facilities and other computer rooms, and data center tenancy solutions. Since 1991, the Group has undertaken contract works to build and fit-out over 200 data centres and computer support facilities in Malaysia with some installations in Indonesia, China, and Vietnam. Our clients include government-linked organizations, financial institutions, companies in the telecommunications industry and the oil and gas industry. In 2003, the Group completed the development of its own high-end commercial Data Centre in Cyberjaya, Malaysia (central region), known as CSF Computer Exchange 1 (CX1). Capitalizing on the success of CX1, the Group completed the development of a much larger Data Centre known as CSF Computer Exchange 2 (CX2) in January CX2 is located within a short distance from CX1 and is the second largest high-end commercial Data Centre in South East Asia. The Group has also completed the development of a small data centre facility housed on a single floor within an office building in Johor, Malaysia (southern region). CSF Group has also undertaken several overseas expansion projects, stamping their brand of CSF Computer Exchanges or CX in Hanoi, Vietnam and Jakarta, Indonesia. CSF Computer Exchange 4 (CX4) is a joint venture with Hanel Corporation and it has been operational since January 2009.

3 C O R P O R A T E P R O F I L E In July 2011, CSF Computer Exchange Jakarta (CXJ) was launched and operated by PT Cyber CSF, a joint venture company between CSF Group and PT Karyagraha Nusantara. CXJ is the first purpose built data center in Jakarta, Indonesia with more than 300,000 sqft of gross data centre and 126,000 sqft of net data centre space. CSF Group completed the development of the new data center located also in Cyberjaya, known as CSF Computer Exchange 5 (CX5) in January It is the first data centre to be awarded the Green Building Index (GBI) Provisional Certification. CX5 is the largest Tier III Certified data centre by Uptime Institute in Malaysia. The Group aims to become one of the largest Data Centre Infrastructure service providers in Asia, following their footsteps of being one of the leading Data Centre Operator in South East Asia. With the current workforce of 200 under its umbrella, the Group has already begun to expand its business to Vietnam, Thailand and Indonesia and intends to move into China and India within the medium term. The Group was listed the company on AIM, London Stock Exchange on the 22nd March CSF Group was awarded the 2013 Frost & Sullivan Malaysia Data Center Service Provider of the Year.

9 CSF Computer Exchange 1 (CX1) CSF Advisers completed the development of CX1 and commenced operations on 21 May At that time, CX1 was the largest commercial DC in Malaysia.
