Phases in over 4 years beginning in 2010 Public, online database phases in over 4 years, beginning in 2012 NR and MF Req d by Jun MF bldgs must complete energy audit by 6/1/2011 Prospective buyers of NR bldgs. Public posting of audit results in MF bldgs. NR and MF Public: annually for buildings 10,000 SF+ owned or leased by NYC. Private: annually for buildings 50,000 SF+ beginning May Public on-line database beginning Sep 2012 for NR and Sep 2013 for MF. No utility requirements. Target Finder ratings and disclosure for new buildings 50,000 SF+ Administered by Austin Energy. Mandatory upgrades for high use MF bldgs. No utility requirements.
