It will address matters of aligning the harmonization of sustainability reporting with the SDG monitoring framework and usefulness of accounting data for statistical purposes; elaborate on sustainability reporting principles, including such as materiality and comparability, and the relevance of the IFRS reporting framework in this regard. It will also discuss issues of reporting boundaries, relationship between consolidated and legal entity reporting on sustainability issues; and reliability of such information. Page 2 of 5

Specific indicators in the economic, environmental, social and institutional/governance areas will be discussed, including based on practical case studies. It will also elaborate on a way forward towards enhancing the role of corporate reporting in attaining the SDGs.
