We work with consultants to design the system, suggest innovative solutions to solve applicational challenges, which are being supplied on short lead times and at competitive prices from a wide variety of valve and ancillary products, stocked and assembled in our facility in Burnley, Lancashire. To facilitate a smooth and timely installation, FloControl provides contractors with clear documentation, instructions, hands on training on site and works with commissioning teams to achieve a timely project sign off. 6 PRE-ASSEMBLED VALVE SETS, DESIGNED, ASSEMBLED AND TESTED IN THE UK ACHIEVE A-RATED CONSULTANT APPROVALS, EASY TO FIT AND TO COMMISSION, COMPLETE WITH WARRANTY AND TRAINING R2F COMPACT RANGE VALVE SETS FOR FCU S R2F valve sets are easy to select and come pre-assembled, tested, set and READY TO FIT over the drip tray of a FCU. Valve sets can be vertically or horizontally configured to fit slimline FCUs. A wide choice of connections and extensions are available, some of which are exclusive to FloControl. Projects increasingly require pre-assembled valve set solutions that fit directly onto FCU s, Chilled Beams, Radiant Panels, AHU s and Trench Heaters, or elsewhere within heating and cooling applications, performing a variety of duties. FloControl designs valve set assemblies to project specifications, addressing space and duty requirements in addition to supporting project engineers to obtain the necessary consultant approvals. Valve sets are assembled from FloControl s UK stock, combining products from our world class global valve suppliers and specialist partner network. Every valve set is assembled and thoroughly tested at our facility in Burnley. Shipments are carefully packaged and labelled for easy installation on site. Our local assembly and stock capability underpins a fast turn-around of project orders with maximum design flexibility, leveraging the expert knowledge of the experienced FloControl team, helping project engineers to deliver their projects in time and on budget. Valve sets can be configured as PICV with the innovative Green PICV at its core or as ABV, with a wide choice of FlowCon removable, internally or externally adjustable Pressure Independent Automatic Balancing Valves and a 4-Port Valve. Besides the R2F Compact range, FloControl assembles project specific valve sets for end of line and zone control applications, including brackets and insulation shells. CONTRACT ASSEMBLY FloControl can incorporate 3rd party products into R2F valve sets to meet project specification. Either free issued or FloControl-sourced, our experienced assembly team will build, test, label and ship combination valve sets.

7 To date, FloControl has successfully completed a wide range of new build or refurbishment projects in the UK, including some of the most acclaimed office buildings, sporting arena s, schools, colleges, universities, hospitals, police stations, high technology warehouses and factories. BLOOMBERG Canon Street London Opened in October 2017 in the City of London, Bloomberg s new European headquarters is the world s most sustainable office building, as designed. The building achieved an Outstanding rating against the BREEAM sustainability assessment method, with a 98.5% score. This is the highest design-stage score ever achieved by any major office development.* INNOVATION HIGHLIGHTS INTEGRATED CEILING PANELS Bespoke integrated ceiling panels combine heating, cooling, lighting and acoustic functions in an innovative petal-leaf design. FloControl delivered a full range of Distribution Manifolds with FlowCon Pressure Independent Control Valves, Static Commissioning and Balancing Valves for zone control of the petal-leaf ceiling and flow rate balancing to groups of FCU s, Beams and Panels up to 50 mm diameter. FloControl also provided No-Leak Quick Release Couplings and Flexible Hoses in addition to the Data Centre Emergency Shut Down Valves.
