8 EMBRACING INNOVATION Gazeley is at the forefront of innovation and sustainability. We typically incorporate features such as LED lighting, rainwater harvesting, solar thermal heating and power charging stations for electric vehicles, whilst also designing our rooftops to be solar ready, allowing the simple installation of photovoltaic panels. We also focus on the wellbeing of our customers with several of our buildings recently designed to WELL Ready standards. It has been a pleasure to work with Gazeley on this project and they have been able to deliver the facility quickly and to our exact specifications. Their flexible approach allowed us early access which in turn has meant that we have been able to start operating immediately upon completion of the building.
