2 Product Overview GeoEnrichment data products use Pitney Bowes Address Fabric and location data in a pre-processed.txt or H2DB file. These datasets enrich locations with variables such as crime, wildfire, population, household finances, and property information. This eliminates the need for spatial processing to get precise location information about an address. This includes 99% of the properties in the USA, including residential and commercial properties. 3 Property Attributes - Standard Property Attributes - Ultimate Property Attributes - Historical Sales GeoEnrichment Boundaries Lookup The GeoEnrichment Boundaries Lookup is a GeoEnrichment dataset associating Pitney Bowes proprietary unique and persistent identifier, pbkey, to Boundary IDs and Boundary Names. This dataset is created by using Pitney Bowes Location Intelligence software to associate our best in class Location Intelligence boundary data to our Address Fabric, which is the most comprehensive address dataset on the market.the GeoEnrichment Boundaries Lookup is provided in a database loadable text format for easy integration into a variety of systems. It can be used within GIS, BI, and other database systems like Spectrum. The GeoEnrichment Boundaries Lookup is available as a complete file, or as individual files delivered in conjunction with the following Pitney Bowes World Boundaries products: US Census Boundaries Neighborhoods Residential Neighborhoods Metro Areas Designated Market Areas Carrier Routes World Time Zones Schools Colleges US GeoDemographics US GeoDemographics is a GeoEnrichment dataset that provides details about the full range of fields available in Cameo USA Classification and the Cameo USA Analysis data suite. The Cameo USA Classification suite seggregates American households into 58 categories, organized into 10 groups based on key demographic and socio-economic characteristics. The Cameo USA Analysis provides additional insights for two core variables: Presence of Children Financial Stress 3

8 State_Abbr Dist_Name Fips_Code GA REST HAVEN From this time we have included a new file named, "premium_tax_multiple_districts.txt" which consists of PBKEYs that have more than one representation. Therefore a PBKEY in this file is duplicate of the PBKEY in the "premium_tax_final_output.txt" and both these PBKEYs represents a different District (dist_name). Property Attributes Data The Historical Sales data is refreshed for the _02 release The refreshed Historical Sales data is compatible with the version of Master Location Data Known Issues Following are the known issues for GeoEnrichment products, in this release: Demographics Data Demographics data is not available for Virgin Islands Risk Data Distance to Coast: It is observed that some PBKEYs are not associated with the most closest waterbody. Some such PBKEYs are found for Alaska State. Earthquake: If the closest fault doesn't fall within 500 miles then EQF_Dist field displays as default value Earthquake data is not available for Puerto Rico and Virgin Islands. 8

9 WildFire If the closest high riskdesc areas doesn't fall within 1mile than the DistHigh field displays values for PBKEYs Wildfire Risk data is not available for Puerto Rico and Virgin Islands. Property Fire Protection Fire Protection data is not available for Puerto Rico and Virgin Islands Few of the fields or product columns that do not have value for PBKey, those fields display as field value. Property Attributes Data Few of the First and Last Name records have alpha-numeric values, for example T, A, , etc. There are some extreme values in the data for particular columns such as, " " for PROP_LANDSQFT, for PROP_ACRES, etc. The extreme values can be high or low respective to the field. You may find some special characters like, &, %, etc., in few records for City, State, and Street Duplicate LinkID values in the data US GeoDemographics There are no know issues for US GeoDemographics in this release.
