2 Overview EC's quick reference guides are created by a group of dedicated software instructors to address the lack of guides that target learning advanced features of software applications (Microsoft, Microsoft, etc.). There are numerous providers of quick reference guides in the market; however, most of their content is geared towards the basic or introductory levels of learning such software applications. For example, try finding a guide that specifically helps you learn and become proficient in Microsoft Styles, or Microsoft Pivot Tables or Microsoft Multimedia Elements. That won t be easy.
