3 A. Registration (1) (2) (3) 1. Go to homepage & press the register button. 2. Choose the country app that you wish to download. Please note you need to have a bank account in that chosen country. 3. Input your as well as your username and press the register button. The registration process is completed.

4 B. Downloading the App (1) (2) (3) (4) 1. Immediately after the registration is completed, the download link will be provided. You can click on the download link to begin downloading the App. If you wish to download at a later time, you can do so via the download link that we will also to you. 2. You will also receive an with a download link. Click on the download link or copy and paste the link in a new tab. 3. Click the IP2PGO icon to start the download process. 4. There may be instances where you are unable to load the download page after clicking on the download link from a Chat apps such as WeChat, WhatsApp, Telegram, etc. We recommend that you open or copy the link to your mobile browser and try again, the download should be successful.

5 B. Downloading the App (con t) (5) (6) (7) 5. You will receive a Save APK prompt, press OK to proceed. 6. You will asked if you wish to install the app. Click Install. 7. After the installation is completed, you will be able to see the IP2PGO App on your mobile screen.

6 C. Getting started on the App (1) (2) (3) 1. Every time you click to open the App, you will need to input your that you used in your registration process. 2. You will receive a security code in your Copy the security code from your and paste into the App to login. A new security code is generated every time to you login into the App.

7 C. Getting started on the App (con t) (4) (5) (6) 4. For your 1st time login, you will need to complete your profile by filling in a display name, your contact number and your bank details 5. The bank details required are the bank, the account number and bank account holder name. This will be your bank account that you will be using to receive and make payments to other users. 6. After completing the information, your profile details will be shown. You can view your profile and update your profile by clicking on the Profile button located at the bottom of the App screen.

8 D. Creating your Wallet (1) (2) (3) (4) 1. As a 1st time user, you will need to create a wallet before you can start trading. Click on the Wallet button and click on the Create ip2pgo Wallet button. 2. Create a 6 digits passcode. You will need to key in the 6 digits passcode in future when you want to take another user s offer. 3. For KYC requirements, you will need to upload your ID and selfie of yourself holding the ID. You need to allow the App to access the files in your phone if you want to upload a file from your phone. 4. You will need to allow the App to take pictures if you want to use the phone s camera to take pictures and upload it.

You can now choose between taking an immediate picture using your camera phone or from an existing file in your phone to upload the ID and selfie of yourself holding the ID. 6. After submitting the required files, our admin will proceed with verification process. 7. You will receive an that your wallet is created if the verification process is in order.

When you notice that the ETH balance shown at the Ethereum Wallet is 0, it means that the Ethereum Wallet has been created and you can begin trading ETH on the App. However, if you want to trade ERC20 tokens as well, you will need to also click the Create ERC20 Wallet as ERC20 tokens have a separate wallet. 9. There will be a notification in the App that your ERC20 Tokens Wallet is being created. 10. Inside the Wallet screen, go to the dropdown option for pairing at the top of the screen and select any ERC20 tokens (in this example, we are selecting USDT/MYR). When you notice that it is has a 0 balance shown for USDT, it means that the ERC20 Tokens Wallet has been created and you can begin trading ERC20 tokens on the App.

11 E. Making a Deposit for ETH (1) (2) (3) (4) 1. Click on the Wallet button. If you are depositing ETH into your Ethereum Wallet, click on Deposit Button located on the same row as ETH under the Ethereum Wallet. Please make sure you deposit ETH into your Ethereum Wallet ONLY and not your ERC20 Tokens Wallet as any ETH deposited into your ERC20 Tokens Wallet will be lost and cannot be retrieved. 2. You will be able to see your IP2PGO Ethereum Wallet address. You can either scan the QR code or click the Copy button. 3. If you clicked the Copy button, there will be text box showing the Ethereum Wallet address has been copied. You can paste the copied IP2PGO Ethereum Wallet address as the receiving wallet address from your private/exchange wallet that you are sending out from. 4. Click on the Sync button located on the same row as ETH under the Ethereum Wallet to update your balance. Please allow some time before checking if the amount deposited (less fee) has been reflected in your IP2PGO Ethereum Wallet, as the speed of transfer depends on the Ethereum network traffic at the time of transfer.

12 E. Making a Deposit for ERC20 Token (con t) (1) (2) (3) (4) 1. Click on the Wallet button. If you are depositing an ERC20 token (for example ZRX token) into your ERC20 Tokens Wallet, select the ZRX/ MYR pairing from the dropdown option at the top of the screen. Click on Deposit Button located on the same row as ZRX under the ERC20 Tokens Wallet. Please make sure you deposit ERC20 Tokens into your ERC20 Tokens Wallet ONLY and not your Ethereum Wallet as any ERC20 Tokens deposited into your Ethereum Wallet will be lost and cannot be retrieved. 2. You will be able to see your IP2PGO ERC20 Tokens Wallet address. You can either scan the QR code or click the Copy button. 3. If you clicked the Copy button, there will be text box showing that the ERC20 Tokens Wallet address has been copied. You can paste the copied IP2PGO ERC20 Tokens Wallet address as the receiving wallet address from your private/exchange wallet that you are sending out from. 4. Click on the Sync button located on the same row as your ERC20 Tokens (in this example, ZRX) under the ERC20 Tokens Wallet to update your balance. Please allow some time before checking if the amount deposited (less fee) has been reflected in your IP2PGO ERC20 Tokens Wallet, as the speed of transfer depends on the Ethereum network traffic at the time of transfer.

13 F. Creating a Sell Offer (1) (2) (3) (4) 1. Go to the Orders tab and select the pairing that you want to trade from the dropdown option at the top of the screen. In this example, we want to create a ETH sell offer, so select the ETH/MYR option and click the red Create Sell Offer button. 2. Use the slider to select the premium between 0 to 5% above the spot sale price that you want to sell. After you have selected the premium %, your offer price in absolute terms for 1 ETH will be shown. You also have the option to set the minimum price that you wish to sell in the Floor Price field. 3. Key in the maximum and minimum amount of ETH that you wish to sell in this one offer. Select the time period you want to conclude this trade in the payment window before clicking on the Create button. 4. Your Sell Offer has been created and you can see it displayed under the Seller tab. Each offer will have and ID, which in this case your Sell Offer ID is

14 G. When your a Sell Offer is taken (1) (2) (3) (4) 1. You will receive an notifying you that your Sell Offer has been taken by a counterparty. 2. If you are in the App, you will also a message notifying that your Sell Offer has been taken. 3. If you click on the Orders tab, you will see your Sell Offer that has been taken under My Active Trades with a light blue Trade button. 4. If payment to you has been marked as paid by the counterparty, you will receive an notifying you of it in relation to your Sell Offer.

15 G. When your a Sell Offer is taken (con t) (5) (6) (7) 5. Click on the light blue Trade button next to your Sell Offer trade under My Active Trades as shown in Step 3. If the money has been received in your bank account successfully, you can proceed to click the blue I Have Received Payment button to complete the trade. 6. Your trade has been completed and you can provide rating and feedback on your counterparty that had transacted with you. 7. If your counterparty provides a rating and feedback as well, you will receive an on the rating and feedback provided by the counterparty.

16 H. Creating a Buy Offer (1) (2) (3) (4) 1. Go to the Orders tab and select the pairing that you want to trade from the dropdown option at the top of the screen. In this example, we want to create a ETH buy offer, so select the ETH/MYR option and click the blue Create Buy Offer button. 2. Use the slider to select the discount between 0 to 5% below the spot buy price that you want to buy. After you have selected the discount %, your offer price in absolute terms for 1 ETH will be shown. You also have the option to set the maximum price that you wish to buy in the Ceiling Price field. 3. Key in the maximum and minimum amount of ETH that you wish to buy in this one offer. Select the time period you want to conclude this trade in the payment window before clicking on the Create button. 4. Your Buy Offer has been created and you can see it displayed under the Buyer tab. Each offer will have and ID, which in this case your Buy Offer ID is

17 I. When your a Buy Offer is taken (1) (2) (3) (4) 1. You will receive an notifying you that your Buy Offer has been taken by a counterparty. 2. If you are in the App, you will also a message notifying that your Buy Offer has been taken. If you click on the Orders tab, you will see your Buy Offer that has been taken under My Active Trades with a light blue Trade button. Click on the light blue Trade button. 3. You will see the timer left to pay as well as the bank details of the counterparty. After you made the instant online bank transfer to the counterparty, click on the blue I Have Paid button. 4. The trade is now pending confirmation from the counterparty that he has received the bank transfer that you have made. You can refresh the page to check on if the trade has been completed.

When the trade has been completed and you refresh, you can provide rating and feedback on your counterparty that had transacted with you. 7. Under the Seller tab, you can view other users Sell Offers based on the pairing that you can select from the dropdown option at the top of the screen (In this example, we are choosing ETH/MYR. To take another user s Sell Offer, click on the green Take button. 2. You will see counterparty s offer price and offer amount (in ETH), bank details and the time required to conclude the trade. 3. Key the amount of ETH that you want to buy and the amount to pay as well as net ETH receivable after fees will be shown. Press the Buy button. 4. You will need to key in your 6 digits passcode to proceed.

After you made the instant online bank transfer to the counterparty, click on the blue I Have Paid button. 6. Under the Buyer tab, you can view other users Buy Offers based on the pairing that you can select from the dropdown option at the top of the screen (In this example, we are choosing ETH/MYR. To take another user s Buy Offer, click on the green Take button. 2. You will see counterparty s offer price and offer amount (in ETH), bank details and the time required to conclude the trade. 3. Key the amount of ETH that you want to sell and the amount to be received as well as amount of ETH required to be in your IP2PGO wallet for the transaction will be shown. Press the Sell button. 4. You will need to key in your 6 digits passcode to proceed.

If you click on the Orders tab, you will see your trade under My Active Trades with a light blue Trade button. Click on the light blue Trade button. 7. 25 L. Making a Withdrawal (1) (2) (3) 1. Click on the Wallet button. Select the token that you want to withdraw from the dropdown option at the top of the screen. In this example, we want to withdraw ETH,so we are selecting ETH/MYR from the dropdown option. 2. Click on the withdraw button on the ETH row. 3. Key in the ETH to be withdrawn and the wallet address to send the ETH to. Please allow some time for the withdrawal to reach your receiving wallet address, as it the speed of transfer depends on the Ethereum network traffic at the time of transfer.

26 M. When there is a Dispute (1) (2) (3) (4) 1. When the timer runs out and the trade is not completed for whatever reason, both the Buyer and Seller will see a Dispute button appear in that said trade as shown in Screenshot 1 for Buyer and Screenshot 2 for Seller. Either party can press the Dispute button. 2. If you were to click on the Orders tab, you can see that said trade is under Dispute in My Active Trades as shown in Screenshot 3 for Buyer and Screenshot 4 for Seller.

27 M. When there is a Dispute (con t) (1) (2) (3) (4) 1. When one party presses the dispute button, the other party will receive an notification that a dispute has been lodged. 2. Both parties will enter into a Private Chat channel. Both Buyer and Seller can type messages and press the yellow Send button located at the bottom of the Private Chat channel screen. In most cases, the Disputes can be resolved between the Buyer and Seller. The Buyer may need more time to execute the online bank transfer or the bank transfer is slow to reflect in the Seller s bank account. 3. The Admin could also enter the Private Chat channel act as an arbitrator and request for supporting documents to be uploaded by one or both parties. You can send the requested supporting documents by clicking the Upload button located at the bottom of the Private Chat channel screen. The supporting documents will be sent to the Admin only for verification purposes and not to the transacting party. Once the Dispute has been resolved between the transacting parties, the Admin will complete or cancel the trade depending on the decision agreed by the transacting parties and the supporting documents provided. 4. When the trade has been completed and you refresh, you can provide rating and feedback on your counterparty that had transacted with you.

28 N. Referral Program (1) (2) (3) 1. If you want to earn commission by referring users to the IP2PGO App, click on Referral button located at the bottom of the App screen. You will need to deposit a minimum of 0.1 ETH into your wallet either via direct transfer from an external wallet or via a buy transaction, before your Referral ID is generated. 2. Under the Referral page, you will see your Referral ID and Referral Link. 3. We have a 3-tier Referral Program i.e. you can earn commissions from trades done from 3 referral levels below you. For trades taken by 1st tier users referred by you, you will earn 10% of the transaction commission; 2nd tier users - 5% and 3rd tier users - 5%. 2nd tier users are users that are referred by your 1st tier users and so on. You will be able to view the 3-tier referees under you and the commissions earned in the Referral page.

29 N. Referral Program (con t) (4) (5) 4. You can refer users using your Referral ID by either asking the users to scan the QR code that is shown in your Referral Link or copying your Referral Link and sending the Referral Link to them. 5. Once the users scan your QR code or open the Referral Link you have sent them, they are automatically directed to the registration page with your Referral ID already filled in. Hence, these users registering using your Referral ID are your 1st tier referees.
