2 Registration Page Sign up The user needs to fill in the details such as name, , mobile and password. Then click Sign Up. OTP verification will be done through the registered phone no. verification will be done. Login Page The user can login with an address or phone no. and password. 2
3 KYC KYC Domestic: For Individual-Fill in the basic information, upload the statutory documents & link the bank details. Domestic: For Sole Proprietorship- Fill in the basic information; upload the questionnaire and the statutory documents, and link the bank details. Domestic: For Partnership- Fill in the basic information, answer the questionnaire; upload the statutory documents and link the bank details to be linked in. Domestic: For Company- Fill in the basic information, answer the questionnaire; upload the statutory documents and link the bank details. International: For Company- Fill in the basic information, answer the questionnaire; upload the statutory documents 3
4 Basic Info Basic info to fill in. Click on Save & Continue Questionnaire Fill in the Questionnaire (by selecting Yes or No). Once done, click on Save & Continue 4
5 Statutory Documents Upload Statutory documents. Once done, click on Save & Continue Bank Details Link the bank details. Click on Save & Finish 5
6 Welcome Page The Welcome Page Member can see the site view and take action on this page. Domesctic Membership Fee Membership After the end of the trial period, users have to buy Membership. They can choose from 3 different plans available, which can be accessed from the Welcome Page or the Menu Tab. 6
7 International Membership Fee International users have to buy Membership from 2 different plans available. It can be accessed from the Welcome Page or the Menu Tab. Membership Confirmation After successful payment of membership fees, users will receive the acknowledgement and subscription invoice via . 7
8 Location Management Member can go to the Location Management option and add multiple addresses. Member has to click on Create Location The member will fill up the required fields and then click on Save 8
9 User Management Admin member can go to User Management to add multiple users (depending on the membership plan) under the same account. Member has to fill up the mandatory details and then click on Save Virtual Trading (Only for Agri Commodities) Once the member clicks on the virtual trading option at the top right corner, the virtual trading page will open and the member can see the ongoing trades listed over there. 9
10 Trading Page Members can go to the trading page by selecting the Trading tab at the top. Members have the options to select between Agri, Non-Agri, Road Transport and Coastal Shipping. The international members can go to the trading page (Agri, Non-Agri and Shipping) by selecting the International Trading tab at the top. Create Wishlist Once the member clicks on Create Wishlist, a new wishlist page will open. Here, the member can see only those selected commodities and services that they have saved in their wishlist. 10
11 Create Contract (Trading - Agri/Non-Agri) Members can select Create Contract tab and fill in the fields with user specified terms. **Quality & Quantity certificate is required only in Sell contract. Live Contracts Members can view contracts through Live Contracts or can filter by Wishlist option. 11
12 Contract Details Bidding members can read the contract details in the bid page via + sign before placing their respective bids. Bidders can place their Buy/Sell bids. 12
13 Auction (Forward & Reverse) Member can post Forward or Reverse auction for: Agri products Non-agri products Road transportation Coastal/International shipping For posting an auction, members have to select Post Your Auction under Auction page. Create Contract (Auction Agri/Non-Agri) The given fields have to be filled in. Documents have to be uploaded only for Forward Auction.Similarly, members can create an auction for Non-Agri, Road Transport, and Coastal Shipping. 13
14 Auction posted with Featured option Featured Once the user selects the featured option, it will feature the auction on the top. This is on first come first serve basis (limited to 20 slots per commodity). Additional charge for this is Rs 500/- per post (not refundable as an optional fee). Private Once the user selects the Private option, a web form will open. Here, he/she needs to fill in the Ids (multiple options) to invite the bidders. recipient will receive the auction invitation and can accept the invitation by clicking on the given link in the . If the recipient is our member, he/she will be redirected to Auction Bid page where he/she can participate in the auction. If the invited participant is not a member of Primarche then he/she has to become a member for participating. Similarly, International members can create Forward or Reverse auction for Agri, Non-Agri and Shipping from International Auction tab. Ongoing Auction can be filtered Commodity & service wise, location wise, through search box and through Sort option as Newest, Oldest, Alphabetically. 14
15 Auction Bid Page Member can place a bid for the auction by clicking on the Bid On This Auction button. Member can post a similar auction by clicking on Post An Auction Like This Manage Order (Agri & Non-Agri) Both members can manage their order via Manage Order tab under Menu section as per Status display. Commodity contract will display under Commodity tab. Similarly, Road Transport, Shipping, and International Trade contracts will display under their respective tabs. Members can also filter their contract details (Buy, Sell, Trading, Auction, Commodity/Service, Grade, Location, etc.) as per their convenience. 15
16 Pro-Forma Upload Seller member will click on the Upload Pro-forma Invoice option and upload the required Pro-Forma invoice. Generate DO Once the Pro Forma invoice is uploaded by the seller, buyer member will generate DO accordingly by clicking on Generate DO tab 16
17 Manage Delivery (Agri & Non-Agri) After Dispatch: Sellers have to select Set as Shipped tab and fill in the Shipping Details that appear as a web form. After Delivery: Sellers have to select Set as Delivered tab and fill in the Delivery Details & upload POD. Also, the Sellers can upload Dr./Cr. Note for any short/excess supply or for any other reasons concerned. Dr./Cr. Note Sellers will have to fill up the web form and click on Save to upload the Dr./Cr. Not 17
18 Buyer has an option to either accept or deny the Dr./Cr. Note After delivery is done by the Seller: Buyers have to approve contract completion details via Set as Completed tab (If not approved within 72 hours, it will get auto approved) 18
19 Create Contract (Road Transport) Members can create Road Transport (Buy/Sell) contract by filling the required fields Manage Order (Road Transport) 19
20 Service Provider (SP) will click on the Upload Pro-forma Invoice option and upload the required Proforma invoice followed by the vehicle details via Upload Vehicle Details Generate Consignment Details (CD) 20
21 Once the Pro-forma invoice & the Vehicle Details are uploaded by the service provider, the Service Receiver (SR) will generate CD accordingly. Manage Delivery (Road Transport) After Delivery: The Service provider has to select Set as Delivered tab and fill in the Delivery Details & upload POD that appears as a web form. Also, the Service Provider can upload Dr./Cr. Note for any short/excess supply or for any other reasons concerned. Once delivery is done by the Service Provider: Service Receiver has to approve Contract Completionc details via Set as Completed tab (If not approved within 72 hours, it will get auto approved) 21
22 Create Contract (International - Agri/Non-Agri) Members can create an international (buy/sell) contract for Agri/Non-Agri commodity by filling in the required fields. Manage Order (International - Agri/Non-Agri) Seller member needs to upload required documents for Buyer member s approval. 22
23 Buyer member will then approve the documents uploaded by the Seller member. Once the Buyer approves all the documents the contract will get completed. 23
24 Create Contract (Shipping - Coastal and International) Members can create Coastal / International Shipping (Buy/Sell) contract for Agri/Non-Agri commodity by filling in the required fields. Manage Order (Shipping) 24
25 Service Provider will upload the required documents for Service Receiver s approval. Service Receiver will approve all the documents uploaded by Service Provider. 25
26 Dispute Resolution Members can go to the resolution centre by clicking the Resolution Centre tab. Members can lodge a complaint through the resolution centre. Once the member clicks on the resolution centre, a web form will pop up via which he/she can Generate Ticket Members can go to the support centre by selecting Support Centre option from Menu tab and can generate ticket/view ticket and can also get access to Knowledge Base. 26
27 After clicking Menu - Support Centre, the members will be redirected to support.primarche.com Members need to log in with their Primarche login credentials. A member can add, view, and submit tickets. 27
28 Members can add, view, and submit tickets related to General and Technical query, Dispute Resolution, Sales & Accounts. Members can select the classifications such as general, quantity issue, quality issue; quality and quantity issue, other contractual non-compliance etc. Members can also add attachment up to 20 MB. Members need to set the priority from the priority drop down option. 28
29 Members can manage their ticket from My Area section. Web Notification Members can see the important notifications at the top right corner (the Bell sign). 29
30 Dashboard Members can go to Dashboard and can see their trade summary as per commodity and services. Members can also see their activity, bank summary, and latest news updates from Dashboard. Primarche Wallet Members can go to their wallet by using the wallet sign at top right corner on the screen or by clicking the Primarche wallet option from the Menu tab. 30
31 Members can see their wallet summary from this page. Members can deposit money from the Deposit Amount tab. 31
