1 Guide to All Saints College Edumate Parent Portal Logging In 1. Enter the Edumate address into your browser ( 2. Enter your username and password and click Login Dashboard / Home Screen When you first login to the All Saints College Edumate Portal you will be presented a prompt to change your password. An example of this is shown below. You will need to enter in the Old Password which is the password that was supplied to you in the letter sent home. You will need to enter in a New Password and then you will need to re-enter it again in Confirm New Password. Once you have done this, you should click the save button. This will update your password and then take you back to the login screen so you can login using your new password. Page 1 of 5

2 When you have changed your password and logged back in, you will be taken to a dashboard similar to the below image. When you click on the Carer Portal you will be taken to the profile(s) for your son(s) or daughter(s) who are enrolled at All Saints College. You are able to logout at any time by clicking on Logout near the top right hand corner (next to the profile picture). Page 2 of 5

3 Edumate Menu By clicking on the Home Menu on the left hand side, this will give you access to a number of choices. These are: My Dashboard This will take you to the main Dashboard as when you first logged into Edumate Carer Portal This will take you to your son(s) or daughter(s) profiles My Details This will take you to your own personal details where you are able to update information such as Address, Address, Phone Numbers, etc. If you make any changes here, you will need to then click on Submit Request in the top right hand corner of the screen for this to be submitted through to one of our staff members to then approve the change. You can also do this within the Carer Portal for the Profile of your son(s) or daughter(s) however, please do not update the student address as this is entered by our staff and is the school supplied address for which we communicate information to our students by. Update Password This will take you to a screen where you will be able to change your password to access the Edumate Portal. You will need to enter in your old password, and then your new password as well as confirm the new password. Once you have done this you can click on orange Save and this then updates your password. You are then logged out and prompted to log back in again. Page 3 of 5

4 Carer Portal Within the Carer Portal you will be able to view the profiles for your son(s) or daughter(s). If you do have more than one child enrolled you will be able to switch between them by selecting their name that appears on the right hand side. Approvals When you login to Edumate you may have an Approvals widget on the right hand side. If there are any events that require permission for your child to attend they will appear here. 5 How do I approve an event? To approve an event you will need to click on Action. You will then be presented with a permission request for which you can select Cancel, Grant Permission or Deny. To review the documentation, click on the file name, such as School Excursion Details.pdf. An example is shown below: Following on this from example, the details below will demonstrate what you will see on your Dashboard once you have selected Grant Permission. You will see that there is an event listed under Approvals, and you will also now see the event appear under Upcoming Events. If for any reason you need to go in to Deny you child from attending the event, you can click on the Action link and then select Deny. How will I be notified of pending approvals? An will be sent to you by the event s organiser notifying you that there is a pending approval awaiting your response. When you first login we would recommend you check your current details including address via the My Details menu. Page 5 of 5
