1 PayForIt ECC Online Payment Guide These instructions show how to sign up for an account, add an ECC student(s) who is NEW to NISD, does NOT yet have a NISD Student ID#, AND needs to pay the ECC Registration fee. Go to and Click on Sign up for an Account. Complete fields and click on Next Page 1 of 11

2 PayForIt stores payment information as a convenience to returning users. Fill out payment screen and continue by clicking on Next. Complete the user information and click on create account Page 2 of 11

3 The next screen will state that you will receive an confirmation. Please read thoroughly & follow instructions. After reading instructions, you can click continue to enter Confirmation Code from OR you can close this screen and follow the link from your .. After following the above instructions, enter your User Name & Confirmation Code from your and click on Activate Page 3 of 11

4 This screen should state Activation Successful. Click the LOGIN to enter your account. Enter your User Name & Password. Click Log in. Continue to add Enrolled student(s) to your account. Page 4 of 11

5 Click Add/ View Students Use the Select School drop down box to select ECC Preschool Registration (located at the very bottom of the drop down list). Enter the child s first & last name, address, phone number, and select Pre K as the grade level. Then click on Add & Register Page 5 of 11

6 Once your students are registered, their information will appear on the left side of the screen. You may add another student or you may continue to make a payment by selecting Fees Make sure the correct student is selected. The following screen should show the ECC Preschool Registration fee. Select the fee to pay by clicking on the green (+) plus sign on the right. If allowable, you may edit the amount of payment you wish to make if necessary. After clicking the green (+) plus sign, the actual amount appears on the right side under Transaction Details. If everything is correct, click on Review & Pay. Page 6 of 11

7 Review Make Payments screen. If everything is correct, select Process Payment. You will receive a similar screen like the one below showing your ECC Registration Fee amount(s) stating APPROVED and that your Transaction is Complete. At this point, you may click LOGOUT. ***IMPORTANT NOTE: Once your child is enrolled by the school s attendance secretary, you will need to Remove the child in PayForIt, then Add the child back using the school name & new NISD Student ID #.*** This will enable you to make tuition payments as needed. Please continue to next page for instructions on how to Remove a child from your account. Page 7 of 11

8 Go to Log In with User Name & Password. Click Add/ View Students On the right, next to the child s name, select Remove. Page 8 of 11

9 Student will be immediately removed from your account. To add the student, use the drop box to select the school your student attends, enter your student s NISD ID number, first & last name, and their grade level. Then click on register. Once your students are registered, their information will appear on the left side of the screen. You may add another student or you may continue to make a payment by selecting Fees Page 9 of 11

10 Make sure the correct student is selected. Continue by selecting the fee you wish to pay by clicking on the (+) plus sign on the right. If allowable, under Partial Payment, you may edit the amount of the payment you wish to make if necessary. After clicking the green (+) plus sign, the actual amount appears on the right side under Transaction Details. You may continue to add additional fees by selecting another student and the green (+) plus sign. If everything is correct, click on Review & Pay. If everything is correct, continue by clicking on Process Payment Page 10 of 11

11 The following screen will appear stating your Transaction is complete. At this point, you may click LOGOUT. Page 11 of 11
