2 Introduction God is a God of order. The HOP s Online Portal, which we call HOP Site, is a tool the new leader should manage well in order to maintain his/her House of Peace in order and in compliance with all the ministry standards. The Ministry benefit from HOP Site, because it facilitates the guidance of new believers, disciples, HOP s leaders and students from different schools through the vision; bringing order, enhancing communication and minimizing high administrative costs. Objective The main objectives of this portal are as follows: Learn how to manage HOP Online Portal (HOP Site) Understand and comply with the responsibilities as a House of Peace leader in this portal Learn how to: o input information in HOP Site and o pull information from HOP Site about your new believers, disciples, HOPs and students Learn how to print important documents that the Ministry publish through HOP Site Benefits HOP Site is a portal that can be accessed from any device that have internet to facilitate the management of information and the communication between the Ministry, Pastors, and Mentors. The information entered in this portal, is stored in a data base that allows the system to generate reports, statistics and graphics that help the net management. Also keep in order all the information and facilitate communication between leaders. 1

3 FAQS Who should use HOP Site? HOP Site has been design for House of Peace leaders. How often HOP Site should be accessed? Leaders should access this portal at least once a week. What if I don t have computer? The majority of HOP leaders today have access to a computer, but if the leader does not have a computer, the leader can visit any public library or ask the sub-leader or the disciple he considers is committed with the vision of the house, to use his/her device. How can I get trained in HOP Site? The training is part of the HOP s classes, as a new HOP leader you will be trained on how to use this site to comply with the ministry requirements and standards. After the training is provided you can also go to: Your Mentor: The up-line mentor should support his/her new HOP leader until he/she is comfortable navigating the HOP Site. 4 HOW TO LOG IN From computer, tablet or cellphone please go to leader.elreyjesus.org Create a user name and password clicking here link 3

5 Then enter HOP leader student number: Verify your information and start configuring your credentials entering the user name desired and password: 4

6 The system will display a confirmation, please verify your information and click button to continue The system will take you to the login screen. After logged in, the system will populate the welcome screen RESET YOUR PASSWORD OR USER NAME In case you have forgotten your credentials, you can reset them clicking on Forgot my Username/Change Password 5

7 In case you forgot your Username: the system will ask for your address to send the instructions In case you forgot your Password: the system will ask for your Username to send the instructions to the address registered in the system Once you receive the , please follow them instructions to re-configure your credentials pressing the link or copying it in the address bar. 6

8 Once you press the link or copy the web address, the system will populate the screen with the Step #2 to reconfigure the credentials WELCOME SCREEN Click on Main Menu to go to the main page: 7

9 MAIN MENU The main menu will display all the options available to the HOP leader. This menu is divided in five sections: My personal information My House of Peace My New Believers My Resources In this section the HOP leader will be able to update his/her personal information, update HOP information, search a HOP in the map, search for a HOP by listings, review the pending offering bags, enter PFs (Professions of Faith) contact information, report HOP attendance, and more. 8

My personal Information In this section are two options, the first one is to just update the HOP leader personal information and the other one will redirect the leader to the vision s schools site, where he/she can review his/her classes and how is doing through the vision s schools 1.1. Update my personal information Make any changes to your personal information, such as civil status, occupation, language, address, etc Vision Schools This is the vision s school website. From here you can review your progress in the schools and also print your School ID, review your classes schedule and more. 9

11 2. My House of Peace This section allows the HOP leader to update the HOP information, search for a HOP in the map, search a HOP listing, and review the status of the offering bags. 10

12 2.1. Update My House of Peace Information Make any change related to the HOP, such as category, time, language, sub-leaders, host, etc. Click on Yes to make the document editable to make changes 11

13 2.2. Search for a House of Peace (Map) The system will re-direct the leader to our HOP map. In this site the leader can look up for a HOP in the area desired, applying the filters offered. The HOP leader has three main filters that can use to search a HOP. 1. Grouping Tool: Leader can use this filter to search by Language, Minister and Gathering time 12

14 2. Filter Tool: This is an advance search filter that allows to search by a specific Minister, time or date. 3. Proximity Tool: search by zip code or by city 13

15 The results will display all the HOPs in the radio based on the values entered. Click on any Dot that represents a HOP, to populate the HOP information. 14

16 2.3. Search for a House of Peace (Advanced) User can search for a HOP using any of the values available in this section. Not all the fields need to be filled 15

17 The results will display a list of all HOPs based on the criteria entered 2.4. Pending Offering Bags to Return A list with all the HOP Offering bags returned and pending is displayed 16

18 3. My House of Peace report This section is used by the HOP leader to enter Contacts or Professions of Faith; report HOP attendance or share a testimony 3.1. Enter Contacts or Professions of Faith The leader will use this section to enter Contacts information or Professions of Faith, make changes in the New Believer s personal information or copying a New Believer profile 17

19 3.2. Report My House of Peace This section is used by the leader to submit the HOP report. Select the report: 18

20 Then fill the fields and select the answer for Offerings Collected? and Evangelism outreach prior HOP? and submit it Share Testimony of My House of Peace The system will redirect the page to the testimony form, which can be filled out and submitted from there 19

21 4. My New Believers 20

22 4.1. Follow Up of My New Believers In this section the leader has access to the New Believer s school progress, access to print the school ID, report call or visit, update personal information (except the name) or exclude the NB from his/her HOP Report Visit or Call Select the contact date, type of contact You visited or You called, select the result from the drop down list and press OK to report it. Update Information Update any information on the NB profile and press OK to save changes 21

23 Exclude New Believer from HOP After selecting the NB to exclude, then select the reason from the drop down list and press OK 22

24 Print School ID 4.2. Pre-Registration of New Believers The system will redirect the page to the Pre-Registration site. In this site, the HOP leader can pre-register all the NBs that need to complete the affirmation process to the upcoming listed events. Also, the school ID can be printed from here as well. Once the leader accesses the site, the screen below is displayed. This screen is split it in five sections: 1. A list of the upcoming events Select the event the NB will attend 2. House of Peace Select from the list if you have more than one 3. List of the NB Select the NBs going to the event, clicking on the box, also check the Food box to reserve meal for the NB (Remember that: Meal may not be provided for all events). If the NB is not listed, then add it using the button below the list 4. Select additional meals for the leader (if available) 5. Save the changes 23

27 5. My Resources 5.1. See Announcements This section displays the announcements related to retreats, leveling and vision school schedule. These announcements are displayed at the welcome screen as well. 26

28 5.2. Download Documents This section is a great source of all supporting documentation for teachings, calendars, forms, and special documentation (CAP Fast instructions), that can be downloaded from the site. 27
