1 ONLINE APPLICATION PROCEDURE INSTRUCTIONS TO FULFILL YOUR COMILLAS ONLINE APPLICATION STEP 1

2 The following document has been prepared to help exchange students throughout the Comillas online application procedure. WELCOME Nominated students will receive an Mensaje de Alta / Modificación from intercambio@comillas.edu. The will provide the following information: - Student user Number (usuario) - Student Password (contraseña) - Procedure to complete the online application form Please complete the steps outlined in this guide before June 15th for Fall semester or yearlong students, (before November 15th for Spring semester students). intercambio@comillas.edu COMILLAS 1 STUDENT USER NUMBER PASSWORD STEP 0

3 FILLING THE ONLINE FORM After receiving the welcome with your login credentials, you can start the application process: Go to the link that appears on the welcome , ( and with your usuario and contraseña fill in the yellow spaces and click in Iniciar Sesión STEP 0

4 English LANGUAGE SELECTION On the top right corner you can change the language of the application into English by clicking on the UK s flag. LEGAL NOTICE The Legal Notice explains that all the details provided by the exchange student will only be used by the University in order to manage the admission process correctly. Please CLICK on the square where it says Acepto el Aviso Legal By clicking on that square the student accepts the legal statement. Then, in order to go beyond in the online application you should press Continuar. STEP 0

5 PERSONAL DATA AND CONTACT INFORMATION IN YOUR COUNTRY OF ORIGIN You will begin the application by inputting your personal data. - If you do not have a second last name, just leave the space blank. - Select the type of document, usually Passport. EU students could select insted DNI/NIF (national ID) -Type the number of your passport or national ID without spaces - Dates in Spain are written in the format: dd-mm-yyyy - Use the given list of countries to select your nationality, note this list is in Spanish, so you should look for Alemania instead of Germany, or Estados Unidos de América instead of United States of America. STEP 1

6 Then you will be asked to submit electronically some supporting documents: - a profile picture - a passport or national ID photocopy Please scan each document in separate files. Click on Choose file in order to browse and upload the required documents. Then click in Continue. STEP 1

7 Now, complete your family home address and at least one contact person with contact phone numbers to be used only in case of emergency. Contact data: enter your mobile telephone number in your home country and check if your address is correct. If not, please change it. Then, just click Continue. STEP 1

8 THE FIRST STEP IS NOW COMPLETED Wait until you receive another (July/December) which provides you instructions on how to select your courses in Step 2 of this application. You can acess your by login into your Office 365 account ( with your user name: and your password). Then, click on the outlook icon.
