2 Important InTouch Update! Notes vs. History Comments in a contact record have gone through an official name change. Say Hello to Notes, the field formerly known as Comments. Now you have the option of saving a note to the Notes section or saving to the Notes AND/OR History section. The history is never deleted or edited, use this option when the information impacts the client's buying history or life circumstances.
3 Important InTouch Update! Notes vs. History Important: If the lead in your account is from LeadRouter, you'll want to save to Notes & History since only the History section will update LeadRouter and keep you in compliance.
4 Quick Summary on Notes vs. History Notes: Editable but does not update LeadRouter. Formerly labelled Comments in your contacts' records. History: Permanently stored in the contact record and synchs with LeadRouter. Always use this field when updating a lead that comes from LeadRouter. Comments coming directly from LeadRouter can also be found here.
5 September B Updates Consolidating Settings Templates The key to usability is keeping it simple. The Welcome , lcw and Seller's Market Report configurable templates have been consolidated on to one page named "Templates" under Settings in your Admin section. Single Property Websites (PRO): The Share on Facebook feature on Single Property Websites is now properly displaying images.
6 September 2016-B Updates Feature Area Description New Behavior/screenshots Previous behavior/screenshots Consumer Site/CRM Updated default text on Communities page When a user provisions her account for the first time, her default Communities page text will be: "Feeling good about the community you live in can be just as important as selecting the right home. As a local expert, I can help you find a neighborhood that best suits your needs. From local restaurants and activities to school information and market trends, explore the qualities of the communities I serve below." As a second task, we updated the Communities text for anyone who still has the old default text. This change was deployed to production on the evening of 9/12/16 Default text was "School Information The quality of a school can greatly influence home values in an area. As a local expert, I can connect you with a variety of resources that will help you evaluate area schools." (Was relevant when this field was used for Market Insider.) CRM Settings Template Consolidation The Welcome , lcw and Seller's Market Report configurable templates will now be consolidated on one page named "Templates" under Settings in your Admin section. This simplifies the user experience and reduces the number of clicks required to configure your templates. Users had to go to separate pages to configure Welcome , lcw and Seller's Market Report templates
