2 Internet Bankieren CHOBS Direct 2 CHOBS Direct You have access to CHOBS Direct via the menu on the lefthand side of the screen. The CHOBS Direct application opens in a new window. CHOBS Direct is the client management module which allows you to manage users yourself. In this way you as manager can add users yourself, determine which actions they can execute in Internet Bankieren or offer them the chance to authorise transactions independently or jointly. Moreover, you can also manage the joint limits yourself. Thus you can specify maximum amounts for various types of transactions. Deutsche Bank advises you to appoint two managers and thus to apply the four-eye principle. Changes in customer management must therefore always be approved by a second manager. 3 Internet Bankieren CHOBS Direct 3 1. Basics of customer management In CHOBS Direct you have access to the management information within the domain for which you are a manager. The domain is set out in the Internet Bankieren Agreement entered into with Deutsche Bank. Customer management is based on 5 basic elements: Users Joint Limits Companies Accounts Products Users receive a User ID, a PIN code and a Digipass with which they can log in to Internet Bankieren. You can add users and give them rights to execute actions in Internet Bankieren. A limit defines the maximum amount of transactions in Internet Bankieren. These limits are joint and are thus applicable to all users. A limit is linked to a company. If you manage several companies, you can set different joint limits for each company. You can set a different limit for each product. One or more companies are registered within a domain. Via CHOBS Direct you can see which information (such as company number and registered office) is registered with the bank. One or more accounts per company can be registered in one domain. Via CHOBS Direct you can see which information is registered with the bank. Products refer to all tasks or options that are available in Internet Bankieren. These include ordinary payments and collections. By linking products to users, you can determine yourself which actions a user can execute in Internet Bankieren.

4 Internet Bankieren CHOBS Direct 4 2. Your Dashboard From your dashboard you have an overview of the most important information in CHOBS Direct. Most actions start here. You will find the following information on the Dashboard: Tip Click on the logo of Deutsche Bank,on the upper left-hand side of your screen, to return to the dashboard.

5 Internet Bankieren CHOBS Direct 5 You can start the following actions from the Dashboard: Tip Using the My Portfolio option on the menu bar, you can open a list of the accounts, companies, users, products and joint limits. Using the Tasks option, you have access to all actions that you have yet to approve.

6 Internet Bankieren CHOBS Direct 6 3. Filter data CHOBS Direct has a search and sort function in order to make working with CHOBS Direct easier. In each overview screen, you will find the desired information very quickly. To sort the information: You can sort the information in the columns in ascending or descending order. This is how it works: 1 Click on the heading of the column that you want to sort. The data is now sorted in ascending order and next to the heading there is a small arrow pointing upwards. 2 In order to sort the information in ascending order, click once again on the column's heading. In addition to the title, an arrow pointing downwards appears. Tip If you navigate to another screen in CHOBS Direct, your settings will be saved. The settings will be reset when you log off. To look up information: In the majority of the screens, there is a search window near the top, with which you can easily find the desired information.

7 Internet Bankieren CHOBS Direct 7 Tip If you type into a search window, the system will automatically indicate the possible hit(s) after four characters. If, for instance, you are looking for account number NL53DEUT , CHOBS Direct will fill in the rest of the account number after you typed in 'NL53'. You then have only to press Enter to fill in the entire number. If there are several hits that begin with the four characters you have filled in, you can see a pull-down list from which you can choose.

8 Internet Bankieren CHOBS Direct 8 4. Users When you use CHOBS Direct for the first time, you see only the users that are administered by the bank on the list. In principle, the bank administers only the customer manager, that is, you. You can create new users. You can determine which information users can view in Internet Bankieren and which actions they can execute. Under My Portfolio > User Summary you will find a list of all users: Here you will see: User ID The name with which the user can log in to Internet Bankieren. Person Name The first name and last name of the user. Last Update User Last Update Date Approval Status Last Action Who last updated the user and when. The status of the user: pending approval, approved or rejected. You can see what the last action on this user was: Update or Insert. View Permissions The permissions the user has for a product. You set the permissions for each product when you create the user.

9 Internet Bankieren CHOBS Direct 9 Action The actions that you can execute for this user. Depending on your permissions, you can: : view the user. : process the user. : use the information for the user to create a new user. : delete the user. Please note: you will not be given a window in which you have to confirm after you click Delete. The user will be deleted immediately Add and edit users To get started: Click at the top of the menu bar on My Portfolio > Users. The User Summary page will now open. To add a user, click on the Add User button at the bottom of the list. The Add User page will now open.

10 Internet Bankieren CHOBS Direct 10 To make changes to a user, click on The Edit User page will now open. in the Action column. You can manage users in two tab pages: Personal Data: personal details and contact information for the user. Permission: the user's permissions in Internet Bankieren.

11 Internet Bankieren CHOBS Direct Manage personal information Tip: Don't forget to fill out the fields marked with an *. These are mandatory. 1 In User Details fill out information about the user, such as name, language and address. In the User ID field enter the user name used by the user to log in on Internet Bankieren. 2 Choose a company from the Company list, then the contact address will be automatically filled in. You can select another address in the Address of Contact field. If you choose Other Address, then you can enter an address yourself. Please note: This is the address used by the bank to send out the Digipass and a PIN code. 3 Under Help Desk you don t have to make changes, these settings are automatically correct. 4 Click Submit & Exit and then your updates will be sent to the second manager for approval. If there is only one manager, the user will be approved immediately. The information will be processed by the bank and the bank will ensure the Digipass and the PIN code are sent separately. This takes around 5 working days.

12 Internet Bankieren CHOBS Direct Manage permissions 1 Under Activation Period you can determine the period in which the user is active. The end date is set by default to By entering another end date, you can end a user's access. 2 Under User Permissions you can determine whether the user can upload files. This allows the user to import payment files into Internet Bankieren. 3 Under Authorization Parameters, you can set whether a user may authorise instructions. If you would like the user to be able to authorise the instructions of other users, tick Allowed to authorise instructions. If you would like the user to be able to authorise instructions that he or she has created, tick Can authorise instructions created by him/herself. 4 Under User Permission Summary you can see what products a user has permissions for. 5 Click Submit and then your updates will be sent to the second manager for approval. If there is only one manager, the user will be approved immediately. To add a permission: 1 Under User Permission Summary click on the Add Permission button. A pop-up opens where you have to choose if you want to add permissions for a Currency Account or a Mandate Product.

13 Internet Bankieren CHOBS Direct 13 The option Mandate Product is not applicable for you, Deutsche Bank has already set these permissions for you. 2 Click on Currency Accounts. The page Add New Permissions opens. 3 Select the account(s) for which you want to add permissions. Select an account by clicking it and then clicking on account from the list, select it again and click on.. To remove the 4 Now click on the button Show permissions. This button appears if you have selected at least 1 account. You can now select the permissions.

14 Internet Bankieren CHOBS Direct 14 5 For each product, indicate whether the user may view (View) or edit (View and Edit). 6 Specify the authorisation policy: Single authorisation: fill in a Single Limit, so that the user cannot authorise any transactions for an amount above than the limit. Please note: the user can only authorise if you have indicated this in the Authorisation Parameters. Joint Authorisation: indicate whether the user must authorise jointly for this product. 2 authorisers are always necessary. Combination of single authorisation and joint authorisation: if the amount is higher than the Single Limit, a second authoriser is needed to authorise a transaction. 7 Click Submit. The pop-up closes and you will be redirected to the previous screen. 8 Click here on the flickering button Submit. The changes you have made will now be sent to the second admin for authorisation. If there is only 1 admin, the change is authorised.

15 Internet Bankieren CHOBS Direct 15 This is how you delete a permission: 1 Click in User Permission Summary in the column Action on next to the permissions you want to delete. A pop-up appears in which you have to confirm your choice. 2 Click on OK. The pop-up closes and you will be redirected to the previous screen. 3 Click here on the flickering button Submit. The changes you have made will now be sent to the second admin for authorisation. If there is only 1 admin, the change is authorised and the permission is deleted.

16 Internet Bankieren CHOBS Direct Joint Limits You can set limits that are linked to a company. These limits apply to all users at that company. You can set up a separate limit for each product. For instance, you can set a limit for ordinary payments of 1 million, but for collections a limit of 4 million. You can find a list of all joint limits under My Portfolio > Joint Limits: Here you will see: Product Company The product and the company for which the limit has been set. Joint Category Type A default value that cannot be changed. Last Update User Last Update Date Approval Status Last Action Who last updated this user and when. The status of the user: Pending Approval, Approved or Rejected. You can see what the last action on this user was: Update or Insert. Action The actions that you can carry out for this category: : in order to view the category. : in order to edit the category. : in order to delete the category. Please note: you will not be given a window in which you have to confirm after you click Delete. The category will be deleted immediately.

17 Internet Bankieren CHOBS Direct 17 To manage your limit categories: Above on the menu bar click on My Portfolio > Joint Limits. The Joint Limit Summary page will now open. 1 To add a limit category, click at the bottom of the list on Add Joint Category. To edit a limit category, click on in the Action column. The Maintain Joint Limits page will now open. 2 Select the company or companies for which you wish to set a limit. Select a company by clicking on it and then clicking on To delete the company from the list, select it again and click on. Tip: If you have only one registered company, the options Add and Delete will not be available. 3 Select the currency on the basis of which you want to set a limit. 4 Enter the limit per product. If you do not wish to set a limit for a given product, leave this field blank. 5 Press Submit to save the limit. The limit will now appear in the list on the Joint Limit Summary page.

18 Internet Bankieren CHOBS Direct Approve entries or edits Under Tasks you as a client manager can approve, reject and update the actions of other users in CHOBS Direct. By default there is only one client manager, but the bank can create several client managers upon request. Actions - insert, update and delete - relate to users or to joint limits. Before you approve an action, you can still make changes to the information. To view the tasks pending approval: On your Dashboard you can see in the Task Pending Approval panel how many tasks you still have to approve. Click on the figure in the My column in order to view the tasks. The Tasks Pending Approval page will now open. To approve or reject tasks: You agree: You do not agree: The users are not informed when you approve or reject a task. Tip: If you would like to make more changes to the task, click on: You will be taken to a page where you can process the task. Depending on the type of task (user or joint category), you should finalise it as explained in the previous chapters.

19 Internet Bankieren CHOBS Direct Viewing your company information Under Companies you can consult all the information that is registered with the bank relating to your company or companies. Under My Portfolio > Companies you will find a summary of all company information: Here you will see: Company Name The companies that you have registered through the bank. If you wish to adjust these, a request has to be made to the bank. Linked Accounts The accounts that are linked to this company name. Last Update User Last Update Date Approval Status Last Action Who last updated this company name and when. The status of the company name: Pending Approval, Approved or Rejected. You can also see what the last action on this company name was: Update or Insert. Action The actions you can carry out for this company name. To see the company name, click on.

20 Internet Bankieren CHOBS Direct 20 To view the company information: In the Action column click on. The View Company window will now appear. Here you can see all the information you have submitted to the bank. The fields are greyed out, so they can only be viewed. If you wish to update the information, you need to do so through the bank. If you would like more information on a given field, move your mouse over the icon next to the field. To view the linked accounts: In the Accounts column click on. The Linked Accounts window will now appear. Under the Account Number column you can see which accounts are linked to the company name. Accounts and companies are linked together by the bank.

21 Internet Bankieren CHOBS Direct View your account information Under Accounts you can consult all the information about your accounts that are registered with the bank. Under My Portfolio > Accounts you can find a summary of all account information: Here you will see: Account Number Bank Branch The account number and bank branch with which the account is registered. Currency The currency of the account. Company Name The company name to which the account is linked. Linked Users The users linked to the account. Last Update User Last Update Date Approval Status Last Action Who last updated this account and when. The status of the account: Pending Approval, Approved or Rejected. You can also see what the last action on this account was: Update or Insert. Action The actions that you can carry out for this account. In order to see the account, click on.

Here you can see all the information that the bank has for this account. To view the linked users: In the Linked Users column, click on. The Linked Users window will now appear. Under the User Name column you can see which users are linked to the account. Under My Portfolio > Users you can link your accounts and users together.

23 Internet Bankieren CHOBS Direct View your products Products are tasks or options that are available in Internet Bankieren. In CHOBS Direct, you can determine which users and to what extent they have access to these tasks or options. Under My Portfolio > Products, you can find a summary of all products: Here you will see: Product Name The product in question. The following products are available in Internet Banking. Linked Accounts and Users Last Update User Last Update Date Account Information: all information relating to the accounts, such as balances and statements. Direct Debits: all direct debits in Internet Bankieren. Regular Payment: all payments in Internet Bankieren. Manage Securities: access to the Securities module in Internet Bankieren. System Administration: access to the system administration, where you can see which user has carried out which actions in Internet Bankieren. The accounts and users that are linked to this product. Under My Portfolio > Accounts and My Portfolio > Users you can link products to accounts and/or users. Who last updated this product and when.

24 Internet Bankieren CHOBS Direct 24 Approval Status Last Action The status of the product: Pending Approval, Approved or Rejected. You can also see what the last action on this product was: Update or Insert. Action The actions that you can carry out for this product. Here you can see all the companies and accounts that may use this product. To view the linked accounts and users: In the Linked Accounts and Users column click on Users page will now appear..
