5 Share Video can be watched in App for one on one situations Can be shared over text or
6 Share Click on the share button above the video or PDF
7 Share Here you will see a preview of the pre written text for text and so you see it ahead of time This text can we changed by BA before the message is sent Click next to move on, or back to choose a different video/pdf
8 Share Choose who the message is going to If this is someone you already have in your contacts, you can choose from existing prospects to send to If this is a new prospect, you will be able to add their name, telephone number and address at this point Click next to move forward
9 Share Now is your chance to choose which app/ channel you want to send the message though
10 Share Select the one you want, and then click next
11 Share Set yourself a reminder to follow up after the text is sent. Choose from 24 hours, 3 days, 7 days, or no reminder to move forward
12 Share Message reminds users that if they are sending through SMS, their provider may incur a charge. Nowadays most people have unlimited texts or use imessage, so it s just to make sure people understand. There is no warning message for as no change issue there. Click Yes to move forward
13 Share When choosing SMS you will preview message and this can be edited before hitting send. Once you hit send it will stay in your message chat history like any other text message
14 Share Select , and then click next

16 Share - Alerts Once a prospect clicks on the link and begins to watch the video, you will receive a notification through the alerts section to inform you.
17 Share - Alerts The alert will contain a brief message about who is watching, and how much they have watched.
18 Share - Post You can also post the video with the BA ID embedded online and social media To do this click Post on the video or PDF
19 Share - Post Then choose which app or method you want to share the media on.
20 Prospects This is the CRM portion of the tool In this area, BA s can enter all of their contacts and keep track of who has been sent which media, when, etc. They can also set reminders for each contact to help them manage their sales funnel
21 Prospects From here you can filter, sort or go through each contact you have added The short description lets you know the last activity you did for this contact, for example Sent video M/DD HH:MM They can also set reminders for each contact to help them manage their sales funnel
22 Prospects Clicking on the icon allows user to choose the interest level of a potential prospect The status levels are: Hot Warm Parked (no longer actively working) Success New
23 Prospects Once a prospect in your CRM watches a video, the profile will show which video they have watched, and how much of the video they watched. For example Viewed Video (10%) Your First Look
24 Prospects Three vertical dots on the right of each contact brings up an additional menu for each contact From here you can contact the prospect directly You can share new content you haven t sent them You can set a reminder to follow up with them Or if needed for some reason, you can delete the contact as well
25 3 Way Call This option allows BA s to set up 3-way calls between themselves, the prospect and an Upline member
26 3 Way Call BA s can choose from the list of people they have already added, or they can enter the ID of their team member they want to 3-way call with
27 Events This is a calendar that has two parts to it Part 1 is allowing Corporate to add events for everyone Part 2 allows BA s to add their own events for their own viewing only.
28 Events The calendar works like phone calendar, where you can add event and details Currently it allows anyone to post any event on the Calendar but we are looking to amend that
29 Office This is a simple function that allows people to go to the login page When selected, the app will open up the default internet browser on the phone to the back office log in page Currently only in demo mode, so not an active link
30 Alerts This is the area that allows people to see new alerts that have come in, as well as look back at previous alerts Alerts include messages about prospects activities, when they watch a video, open a PDF etc This is where the push notifications from corporate will also come through, allowing us to promote events, sales, webinars, etc. with a much higher open rate than
31 Alerts Alerts are listed chronological as a default, but can be filtered
32 Menu The main menu is found in the top left corner by 3 small lines
33 Menu In this area we can add much more specific BA material The areas we are looking to add on are: Products (information) Promotions (details of active promos) There is also sign up links for Add BA and Add Customer, as well a link to contact Customer Support
34 Training This is a central place to load all of the training videos and materials we want all BA s (especially new BA s). We can load and remove videos and content as needed Great opportunity to help direct new BA s first 90 days and training modules
35 Training App Training is standard add from MemberTek PDF s for reading Videos for Training These can be broken down into media type, or by subject/header. All depends on the direction we want to go with it
