It s quick to schedule multiple showings at once with showing information neatly organized and easily shared. 5 Showings.com :: Introduction With CSS, there are three types of showings: Confirmation Types: GO is for listings which no pre-approval is necessary. Courtesy CSS will call and leave a message about the appointment, but the buyer s agent has approval to show the property. Appointment Required is for listings that require the seller s (or listing agent s) approval prior to showing to a prospective buyer.

7 Showings.com :: Getting Started Welcome to CSS Look for the Welcome to CSS , containing your new username and password. OR Contact the CSS Helpdesk at or for assitance with your username and login. Username and Password
8 Showings.com :: Login Login to Showings.com In your inbox, locate the Welcome to CSS . In it, you ll find your personal login information. After logging in, you ll be on your Dashboard. Next, let s edit a listing. You can always contact the CSS Helpdesk at or helpdesk@showings.com for assistance with Showings.com. Choose a listing here or there.
9 Showings.com :: Your Listings Edit Your Listings Next, choose a listing to review. Click the Edit Listing icon in the Options column. Click the Edit Listing icon.
10 Showings.com :: Your Listings Edit Listing Page: Keep your sellers connected and informed. On this page you should: Confirm listing info Choose who will confirm appointments Choose a Confirmation Type Enter Contact Information scroll down
11 Showings.com :: Your Listings Edit Listing Page (continued): Add Showing Instructions Scroll down to the Enter Showing Instructions box. Add/edit Showing Instructions Add Scheduling Restrictions if any Allow overlapping appointments if desired Do this for each listing. Finish Edit Listing Page then click Save Listing.
12 Showings.com :: Schedule Showing Appointment From an MLS Listing Page Click the Schedule a Showing with CSS link in the task bar. Click the schedule a showing link.
13 Showings.com :: Schedule Showing Appointment Configure Your Showing Date & Time Since you ve already selected a listing, we ll start with Step #3, Choose Times. Choose type of showing Choose a date & time Enter buyer s name* Confirm time of showing Date & Time Click the Confirm Times button. *Optional but recommended for security reasons.
14 Showings.com :: Schedule Showing Appointment Confirm Your Showing Date & Time Confirm your showing date & time on Step #4. You may click the black button to revise the date & time of the appointment. If all is correct, click the green button to finish. Click the Schedule Showing Now button.

17 Showings.com :: Your Dashboard There s so much you can do from your Dashboard. Let s start with Agent Profile Go to Profile and choose General.
18 Showings.com :: Agent Profile Agent Profile: General Confirm Your Contact Information: Name Address Photo Login Password Showing Code* Phone #(s) *An alphanumeric set of characters for the purpose of quick identification and security. This is optional. Enter your info and click Save.
19 Showings.com :: Agent Profile Agent Profile: Contact Preferences Get the information you need the way you want it. As a Listing Agent: Nightly Showing Report Showing Request Alert Listing agent receives notice that a showing has been requested. Showing Notifications Enter your preferences and click Save. As a Showing Agent: Approval Notifications as , text message or a call from CSS.
20 Showings.com :: Agent Profile Agent Profile: Feedback Requests Showing Agents automatically receive a Feedback Request after they ve shown a listing as an . Listing Agents determine the content of those requests by choosing one of many Feedback Surveys or creating a custom survey. Automatically collect feedback and easily share reports with your sellers. Click Save. Personalize your message and choose a survey. Choose # of reminders to showing agents.
21 Showings.com :: Calendar Agent Profile: Calendar Sync Now you can have your showings synced with your favorite calendar on your desktop computer and take them with you on your mobile device when you re on a showing tour.
