1 WEBINAR PROCESS CHECKLIST QUALIFICATIONS / IDENTIFICATION (prior to starting any projects) Create Person / Opportunity Record If Key person uses a create two person records. Confirm invite and terms and conditions are accepted. PERSON Contact the three referrals and ask the questions in the Questionnaire Chris Wise Review Questionnaire, referral feedback, their contract if they have one, and s we will send with Chris if person wants to come to our list that it is a fit. Have all info ready to be reviewed by Chris. Outlook Send contract to partner (Contracts Originals file). Needs to be back 2 weeks before event. Add Contact (Key and ) to Chris s Outlook Contacts. Ensure has cell and in there. Categorize as business. Outlook ONLINE LIVE WEBINAR TO PARTNER S DATABASE Block out time for event in Chris calendar + schedule a 30 min intro meeting if Chris has not met the partner. Create event in Shared Team Calendar Create a task for using Webinar Setup Template to Other List (Task Template) Upload Contract to File Box GoToWebinar Log in: pw: Under My Webinars select Schedule a Webinar Choose from one of the templates (REI vs General) update title set up date/time (watch that am/pm is correct on both start and end times) confirm description is correct audio should be set for both VOIP and Telephone update panelists First Name, Last Name and are all that is required For more info about a with Chris Wise visit:

2 No other changes should be necessary After saving reviewing pre/post s and confirm no changes are needed Set up the web form select one of the webforms that lists MLOC not currently in use (Chris Wise Webinar MLOC 1-4) confirm thank-you page is pointing to correct URL set up actions o look up matching follow up sequence and update to include: confirmation bonus edit dates/times reminder for day before edit dates/times action set to add newsletter & promo tag one week after webinar No need to update the Completion Actions (those remain the same) rename sequence using name and date o go back to corresponding web form o update tag / create new one with MLOC - name and date update the form name (using name and date, category = webinars) Save and confirm Grab registration URL from description and confirm content is accurate FTP Log into FTP Look up corresponding thank you page URL Webinar URLs are found under /chris-wise-webinar Right click and select View/Edit Grab Webinar ID from gotowebinar (click on view) and copy code. Update code (name=webinarkey value="#########"), save and confirm it sticks! Set up affiliate redirect Choose affiliate redirect from set up drop down Select corresponding webinar registration page redirect Update Name/Code Confirm website URL for registration page Locate Affiliate Save Log in as affiliate Grab link and do a test registration to confirm redirect, registration and tagging, affiliate set and follow up sequence triggers occur Create affiliate s Setup Templates Pick between REI vs General marketing focus (search: Affiliate s MLOC) Update items in bold *remove 4 th and send once the replay is set up Highlight the need to be bcc d on the s so we are notified when the s go out (best for them to create the hyperlinks themselves so nothings gets broken) For more info about a with Chris Wise visit:

After each day of the schedule s that the affiliate is sending out confirm that opt-ins are happening and the number of opt-ins looks consistent with the number of people they are marketing to. Use Affiliate Redirect Activity Summary Report 24 hour check make sure all is set, check all links and everyone is informed with details they need. GoToWebinar Log into event to confirm all kicks off as scheduled Day after event, grab PDF report of stats. Go to: My Webinars Generate Reports Select Performance Report, Next Select Event, PDF, Generate Report FTP / Sharpoint Day of event,: Create task for Chris to uploaded recorded video once complete and assign to for formatting and uploading Download to desktop once complete Update event spreadsheet with stats from day of event: s sent and open rate - Need stats from partner Click Thru and Opt in stats use report: Affiliate Redirect Activity Summary Grab ebook download stats o Use search Find people (w/tags from webinar & POM Creating Wealth) # of webinar logins and on webinar at close get from GoToWebinar PDF (confirm with Chris when he started his close) Grab stats from Google Analytics - o o PW: For more info about a with Chris Wise visit:

5 Outlook MARKETING AN EVENT TO OUR DATABASE Block out time for event in Chris calendar + schedule a 30 min intro meeting if Chris has not met the partner. Ensure that Chris has reviewed and approved the following Questionnaire, referral feedback, their contract if they have one, and s we will send with Chris if person wants to come to our list that it is a fit. Mark out 2 weeks for marketing (week before and week after) to list so no other marketing takes place during this time Schedule time for intro/wrap up recordings if going to be prerecorded Create event in Shared Team Calendar (include dates for s to database) Include: o links to register for the webinar o the replay link and date and time o Sales Contact info so CS can provide this info to people who missed the webinar Create task for Accountant X days from event for payment reminder (X Days according to contract) Recording (if prerecord) Affiliate Details Add details from questionnaire to Personal Notes Upload Contract to File Box Record Intro and Wrap Up Confirm we are set up as an affiliate and have access to log in and review stats (add to Presentation Metrics Spreadsheet Speaking file in ) In the affiliate center confirm that there is a commission structure for the product we are selling Confirm that the registration link is also an affiliate link and test (If using a gotowebinar link ask how will the people who register for the gotowebinar will be tracked to us inside their database?) Confirm we have all marketing material and scripts for event. Ensure that the s meet CLM standards.
