3 Introduction Welcome to LifeVantage Pro! This is the official LifeVantage mobile application that allows you to grow and develop your independent business in ways that you ve never thought possible. Increase your sales conversion with the power of an app and get access to outstanding features that are designed to help you grow your business and become more successful. Manage your business on the go or at home. No more notebooks, spreadsheets, or lists! LifeVantage Pro Main Features: Prospector: Use an easy and efficient way to identify leads with a game-like interface by using the popular swipe to sort format. Send the right message for increased sales conversion. Actionable Dashboard: Gives you a snapshot of your business details such as your name and location, your current rank, your Sponsor, and percentage to next rank in a progress bar. It also provides step-by-step guidance to show you what you need to do to grow your business. Action Reports: Track your personal and team s productivity in real time with daily reports that tell you where they are today and what you need to do to achieve the next level of success. Get access to unprecedented visibility into your downline. Shop: Allows you to perform all aspects of your business on your mobile device through card-present transactions with the ability to create auto-shipments. Enroll: Allows you to enroll new Distributors directly through the app. Real Time News Updates: Keeps you informed of any promotions, product and tech updates as well as exclusive mobile contests and events. My Profile: Easily view and update your information. Media Library: Get access to exclusive training videos, testimonials, and other media content available nowhere else Download LifeVantage Pro now and increase your sales conversion. 1

4 Downloading the App Step One Visit the respective App Store for your Apple or Android device. Step Two Search for LifeVantage Pro and click on the install button to download and install the App. Make sure that you have an active data connection and if you are not using Wi-Fi, that you have enough data allowance on your cellular account. 2

5 Logging In Step One Sign in to the app using your Distributor ID and Password. These are the same login details you use to access your Distributor Portal. 3

6 Navigation At the top left of the home screen is the three lines icon commonly known as the Hamburger icon. Click on this to access the side menu icon. The side menu contains all options available in the mobile application. To access the side menu from anywhere in the application, swipe right from the left edge of the screen or tap on the menu icon in the top left. At the top, you will see your photo icon as well as your customer ID number. 4

7 Home The Home Screen is the first screen you will see after you successfully log into the application. It shows you the latest corporate business updates in the form of Social Media posts, News Messages, and Videos. The Home Screen can always be viewed by opening the Side Menu and selecting Home. 5

8 Dashboard The Dashboard shows all of your real-time business statistics at a glance. The Dashboard will display your name and location, your current rank, your Sponsor, and percentage to next rank in a progress bar. If you have questions about the Dashboard section, touch the i-information button to get a brief description of what you re seeing. Below that you will see your Personal Qualifying Volume (pqv), Group Qualifying Volume (bqv), and your star status. The Dashboard also displays your personal steps, which we refer to as Dashboard steps. These are the steps you need to take in order to help you achieve your next rank. 6

9 Action Reports You can access your Action Reports from your Side Menu by selecting Action Reports. Here you will see a list of the reports designed for your Organization s Distributors that helps instigate action and manage your business. Action Reports are a collection of real-time reports of your business as well as your downline. They are designed to provide you with valuable information regarding where your team are at any given point in time. This allows you to stay on top of things and provide encouragement and training to your downline when needed. To open an Action Report, tap on the name of the report you want to view (e.g. Autoship). 7

10 Action Reports (continued) Once in a Distributors Profile you can see their current status. It is also easy to give them a call by clicking on the phone icon in the top right hand corner of the screen. 8

11 Action Reports (continued) Autoship Report will show the User s personally enrolled distributors who have either never setup an autoship template or who have cancelled an autoship in the last 45 days. Pro Active Report Report will show distributors in the User s downline who have been personally enrolled and are within their first days of being a Distributor to see how they are starting off. 9

12 Action Reports (continued) Close to Pro 4 Report Report will show the User s personally enrolled Pro 3 distributors who are 80% or closer to reaching Pro 4. 10

13 Prospector The first time you open Prospector you will be asked to authorize the app to pull your current phone s contacts in by clicking on Continue. Click Continue and the app sorts your contacts into a scrolling list. No more making lists and creating spreadsheets. NOTE: No one else will have access to this list of sorted people and your contacts besides you. It will only show you this the first time you download the application, after that it will take you to the standard prospector screen. If you swipe to the LEFT, it is putting your prospects On Ice. Do this if you are unsure of a contact s interest and but they could be potential business, or even down the road. If you swipe RIGHT, you mark the prospect as Hot. A Hot prospect is anyone you think could really be potentially interested in the business or the products. A Hot prospect is someone you want to start contacting and working asap! 11

14 Prospector (continued) If you Swipe UP, you are skipping them. Skip the person if you are completely unsure at the moment, you do not remember who they are, or anything like that. You can always come back to them later. If you swipe DOWN, you are Recycling them, which means just cycling them out of your sorting process if they are someone who you think is completely not applicable to your business. For example, if you have a customer service phone number or a doctors office contact number in your phone. Once you have sorted 10 hot prospects a notification will pop up to prompt you to start working your business right away. When this message pops up, you also have the option of continuing to sort by clicking Cancel. By clicking on OK you will be taken to the Prospector main page. 12

15 Prospector (continued) The Prospector main page displays the status of your current contact list by showing you how many prospects you have labeled as Hot, On Ice and Pending (unsorted). If you choose to Work My Business slide the dial to the left and you will be taken to the list of Hot prospects. Select a Prospect by clicking on their Profile Name. Once in their Profile you will then have the option to Text or Call this contact. NOTE: All of your contact options are completely dependent on the contact information you have stored for that person. For instance, if you do not have an or a phone number for them, you cannot contact them that way directly. 13

16 Prospector (continued) In their Profile, you will be also able to Write Notes, Schedule a Reminder and Share a Media File with this contact. You can change the status of a prospect by side sliding the list below Set Prospect Status. Details of the actions that have occurred between you and your contact will appear in their profile. 14

17 Enroll From within the app you have the opportunity to Enroll an Independent Distributor or a Preferred Customer. Enroll an Independant Distributor: Step One Select Enroll from the Side Menu Step Two Choose the Country and Language you wish to Enroll them in. Step Three Choose to enroll a Distributor. Step Four Select an Enrollment Pack. 15

18 Enroll (continued) Step Five Once you have made your selection you can complete the Enrollment information. Continue through the screens and once completed Select Enroll. A confirmation screen will appear and the App will take you back to the Enroll Main Menu. 16

19 Enroll (continued) Enroll a Preferred Customer: Step One Select Enroll from the Side Menu Step Two Choose the Country and Language you wish to Enroll them in. Step Three Choose to enroll a Prefered Customer. Step Four Select products that you want to buy. 17

20 Enroll (continued) Step Five Once you have made your selection you can complete the Enrollment information. Continue through the screens and once completed Select Enroll. A confirmation screen will appear and the App will take you back to the Enroll Main Menu. 18

21 Events In the Events section you will be able to view upcoming Corporate Events. You will also be able to store your Tickets for these Events here too. 19

22 Shop The shopping feature provides a quick and simple shopping experience where you can shop for yourself or shop on behalf of your customers. You can also manage your Autoship subscriptions by selecting the monthly Option. We follow all compliance standards, so you can be sure that we take credit card protection very seriously. 20

23 Media Library The Media Library is where you will find Opportunity Videos, Product Photos, Exclusive Training Materials, Comp Plans, and more. You are able to scroll through the different videos and select whichever one you are interested in. If you click play you can watch the video yourself. If you want to go back, just press the back button in the top left. 21

24 Media Library (continued) If you would like to share the content, then click the Share icon in the top right hand corner. This brings up the menu providing you with different options to Share your Media. 22

25 News Stay informed with News, and Events as well as the Social Media posts made by Corporate. To access News, open up the side menu and select News. Pull down to refresh the list. The most recent News messages are listed at the top. Tap on a picture to read more information about that specific topic. You can also share these news announcements, by clicking on the Share icon at the top right. 23

26 My Profile My Profile can be accessed via two ways: The first is by selecting Profile from the Side Menu and the second by tapping on your Photo Icon at the top of the Side Menu. From within My Profile you can select Billing & Shipping Information from the menu to Edit these details. Change the Language you are using within the App itself by selecting Change Language from the My Profile Main Menu. To upload a Profile Image or to change the one you are using select the Edit icon in the bottom right hand corner of the Image Icon. 24

27 Contact Us If you have any questions or need assistance you can easily contact Corporate directly by selecting the Contact Us option in the Side Menu. or Call with a click of a button. Logging Out To logout of the application, select the Logout menu option from the side menu. 25
