1 Select, Share and Fulfill Once-in-a-Lifetime Experiences for your next Charity Fundraiser. We built mysuitcase with collaboration in mind, empowering you to involve your committee and our professional Event Consultants in the decision-making process of auction item selection. 1. Get Started Go to winspireme.com and click on mysuitcase in the upper right hand corner to sign up. Create mysuitcase by telling us a little about your organization and upcoming charity event. Use mysuitcase to compile a wish list of Experiences you are considering for your event. There is no cost to your organization unless you decide to place an order following your event.

2 2. Build Your Wish List Once you ve created an account, use mysuitcase to build a wish list of Experiences you plan on discussing or considering with the rest of your team. Use filter in the left sidebar to explore more than 200 unique packages. Organize Experiences alphabetically or by price, or view our Most Popular and Newest packages. No-Airfare Versions Almost every package is available without airfare. Your Event Consultant can provide access to non-airfare versions of a package upon request. View Package Options Most Experiences have multiple variations of the same package, with options for flights, hotel stays and number of people. You can click through to the Package Detail page on the right hand side to find the version you want or select Add to Suitcase to add the default version to mysuitcase.

3 3. Collaborate Using mysuitcase Invite team members to view your selection of Winspire Experiences with the Share feature. Only those you invite will be able to see your Suitcase. Use the comments section to discuss packages with your auction committee and Winspire Event Consultant. Collaboration Tools Send invitations to your team with a link that gives them access to view your selection of Experiences. Invited users will not be able to edit your Suitcase but can provide feedback in the comments located below the package selection. Confirmation Tags Experiences first appear in mysuitcase with a grey ribbon. Click on a ribbon to turn it blue, which signifies that the packages are ready to go! Recommended packages added by your Winspire Event Consultant will first appear with a yellow ribbon. All packages must be blue before you can reserve. Detail Icons Each Experience has icons to give you a quick look at the three most important details regarding the package: # of People # of Nights Airline Tickets This is to help you differentiate between two variations of the same package in mysuitcase. Package Details When you click on an Experience in mysuitcase, it will expand to reveal details about the package. Here you can click through to the Package Detail page and download all the package materials - including the Package Display Poster - or remove the package from mysuitcase.

4 4. Reserve Experiences Narrow down the Experiences in mysuitcase to only the packages you want to reserve for your event. Confirm your final selection of Experiences by changing all the grey tags to blue. Click Reserve Experiences to guarantee the packages for your event. You will receive an with your Reservation Confirmation, a copy of your Letter of Agreement and links to download your package Display Materials. Updating Your Reservation It is easy to make changes to your reservation if needed. Simply add or remove a package and mysuitcase will automatically open up the reservation. You will need to re-reserve packages by clicking the Reserve Experiences button again. You will receive another with an updated Reservation Confirmation. What does Reserved mean? There is no commitment or transaction required when you reserve Experiences. You are simply locking in package availability, pricing and other details. You only receive the Letter of Agreement once with the first Reservation Confirmation .

5 5. Download Materials Make sure you download the Winning Bidder Letter that comes with the Reservation Confirmation . Winning Bidder Letter Download our letter of congratulations template to give winning bidders after the event with information on redeeming their Winspire Experience: Click Here Each Experience comes with 3 types of Display Materials for promoting the travel packages before and during your event: Package Display Package Description Additional Images Download Display Materials individually or all at once from mysuitcase.

6 6. Offer Winspire Experiences Display PDFs are best printed at your local FedEx Kinkos, where you can blow them up as large as 22 x28 Posters. For tips on getting the Display PDF files to your nearest FedEx, visit you.winspireme.com/posters. If you are offering Experiences in a silent auction, you can download our professionally designed Bid Sheet Templates at you.winspireme.com/bidsheets. Printing Posters at 18 x 24 inches 22 x 28 inches Standard Poster Paper $22 $36 Relative Sizes 8.5 x x x 24 Mounted Poster Board $39 $69 As of 2/15/2013. Price and participation may vary by location.

7 7. Confirm Event Results After your event, log into mysuitcase and enter how many times each Experience sold, then hit Request Invoice. Once an order is confirmed and requested, Winspire will send an invoice within 2 working days. The Invoice is sent to the Suitcase Owner, who will also be responsisble for sending Travel Vouchers to winning bidders. What if we don t sell anything? On the invoice page, simply check the box in the lower left hand corner that says None of your items sold? and then click Close Suitcase. Enter Winning Bidder Info After requesting your invoice, enter the winning bid amounts for each Experience Fill in the names, s and phone numbers of the Winning Bidders for each Experience sold. The Winning Bidder s is where you will be sending their Trip Booking Vouchers to redeem their Experience. Winning Bidder Info Once you save a Winning Bidder s info, you can always go back and edit it. Once you send the Trip Booking Voucher, though, only your Event Consultant will be able to make edits.

8 8. Send Travel Vouchers After Winspire receives payment for the Experiences sold at your event, the Suitcase Owner will get an saying Travel Vouchers are ready to be sent to Winning Bidders. You will send Travel Vouchers directly from mysuitcase, where you can personalize each with a custom message. Each voucher contains a link for Winning Bidders to begin the redemption process and download the full Package Description with information about their trip. Default Message - Each voucher is populated with a default message that pulls in your name and organization info, which you can customize to your liking. Send Travel Vouchers Next to each Winning Bidder there is an envelope icon that will become active as soon as Winspire receives payment. Once the icon turns blue, you can send customized vouchers to each winner. Package Redemption Each voucher comes with all the information a Winning Bidder needs to redeem their Experience, including all the package details and a button to take them to the redemption page.

9 9. We Take It From Here! As soon as Winning Bidders receive their Travel Voucher, they can begin the redemption process. Our Winspire Booking & Concierge Service handles everything the Winning Bidder needs to fulfill their Experience, including all travel related details and reservations. Winspire also helps with any upgrades or add-ons, providing your Winning Bidders with an established network of onsite contacts who can help book additional experiences, activities and tours.
