4 Overview This document contains descriptions of I-Care Online Mobile functionalities available for System administrators. Login Open your web browser and go to the I-Care Online Mobile web service login page ( ) Select login in under Mobile phones

5 Enter the provided user name and password into the appropriate fields and click Login. The I-Care Online Mobile web service language can be select by clicking the language flag. Forgot password In case you have forgotten the I-Care Online Mobile web service password you can request for a new password. Go to the I-Care Online Mobile web service login page and click Forgot button.

6 Enter your into the field and click Send and the I-Care Online Mobile web service will send an with your password to you. Dashboard The start page of I-care Online Mobile is the Dashboard. It contains the most important information about the system and your products. The products that are listed in the not Normal list is products that experience problems of some sort, products with following issues will be listed here: Heartbeat missing level 1 Heartbeat missing level 2 The system message list contains messages from the system related to updates, upcoming events or similar.

7 My settings To change settings or password of your account, select Settings in top right corner of your screen Here you can update first name, last name and address. You can also update how date shall be presented and time zone. Language setting is related to what language the I-care online webpage shall have. Page default value refers to the number of items each list can contain.

8 Change password Change password by pressing change password button under My settings. Enter the new password and press Save.

9 User Add new user To add a new user of the system, on the same level in the system as yourself, select User > Add New. Enter all credentials and press save to create a new user.

10 New Supplier/organization user To create a new organization or supplier user, navigate to the organization or supplier where you want to create the user (Picture below shows organization). Search for the organization you want to add a new user for and select it. Navigate to User List and press Add Enter all details as described Add new user chapter and press save.

11 Search/Edit user Search user or types of users by selecting User > Search/Edit. Add Name, User name, Type and/or Type Name and press search. Select a user in the search result to edit. Edit user details or organizations that user has access to by selecting corresponding edit link.

12 Organization access Remove or add access to organizations for the user. On the left shows all available organizations for the user is shown, and Assigned Organizations shows all organizations that the user has access to. In the picture below, user have access to all available organizations. Select organization by pressing the radio button and press < to remove access to marked organizations. Mark available organizations on the left and press > button to add organization access to the user.

14 Delete user Search for the user you want to delete and press edit. Delete user by pressing the delete button. User role System User A System User belongs to the System owner organization. Role System-change An example for a System-change is a person that belongs to support team. The main target for System-change is: Manage the allocation of The Products from his stock to supplier At a distance be able to support the Supply- and Organizations User and if necessary do the same routines as them At a distance perform troubleshooting and start the process to fix a Product that is no longer working as expected Monitoring that the System is working as expected Receive notifications when a part of the System is no longer working as expected

15 Role System-admin The main target for System-admin is: Register the Products into the System Create and manage the Supplier Through the System be able to send or publish system information to the other Users Supply User A Supply User belongs to the sale organization that is nearest the buyer, Organization. An example is the System owner s sale organization or a reseller. Role Supply-change An example for a Supply-change is technicians that installs the Product at the Organization and/or give support for the Organization User where the Product is delivered. The main target for Supply-change is: Manage the assigning of The Products from his stock to the Organization. Create and manage templates that are used by the Organization user for making settings in the Product. At a distance be able to support the Organizations user and if necessary doing the same routines as the Organizations users. At a distance perform troubleshooting and start the process to fix a Product that is no longer working as expected. Role Supply-admin An example for a Supply-admin is a person that is responsible for the Suppliers usage of the System. The main target for Supply-admin is: Create and manage the Organizations where you are the supplier. Create and manage Users in Supplier Assign Supply-change permissions for which Organizations below Supplier that the User has permissions to handle. Manage settings in the Systems that are general for the Supplier. Organization User An Organization User belongs to an organization that is the buyer of the Products and also the end user of the System. Role Organization-admin An example for an Organization-administrator is a person that is responsible the organizations users of the system, responsibility to know status about the devices and have the possibility to read device logs of products that are in the Organization. The main target for Role Organization-administrator is: Notify organization users about issues etc. Responsible for organizations users in the system Assign organization devices to sub-organizations

16 Role Organization-change An example for an Organization-change is a person that is responsible for configuration of the mobile unit for a part or even the whole Organization, it is a person who has the role to install and handle the Products that are in the Organization. The main target for Role Organization-change is: Initialize(push) settings in mobile unit Perform needed settings change for the Product at a distance At a distance perform troubleshooting and start the process to fix a Product that is no longer working as expected Role Organization-read An example for an Organization-read is a person that is responsible for monitoring mobile unit status and function. Organization-read is Responsible for responding to alarms or faulty unit behavior. Monitor and Change can be the same user. The main target for Role Organization-read is: Monitor heartbeat functionality in mobile unit Monitor status reports functionality in mobile units Authorization The authorization functionality makes you adjust what functionalities the different roles have access too. Select the role you want to edit. Role function describes what different functions that selected role have access to. Press Edit to edit the role function access.

18 Obs! These access rights are applicable for all users, suppliers and organizations of the system. Changing this will affect all customers. To remove access from the role, select the checkboxes of the functions you want to remove in the Assigned Function window on the right. Press < button to remove the function. To add access to the role, select the checkbox of the function you want to add in the Available function window on the left. Press > button to add the function. Press Save.

19 Supplier Add Supplier Select Supplier > Add supplier in the menu on the left. Enter supplier details and press Save.

20 Search/Edit Supplier Search for name of supplier. Enter the name and press search. Filter the search by selecting country of the supplier you are searching for.

21 Edit supplier by pressing the name of the supplier. Under the supplier view, you will find list of supplier devices, list of Supplier organizations and list of supplier users. To edit supplier info, press edit in the Information window. To assign new products to the supplier, press assign/unassign

22 Available products that are unassigned to any supplier is shown on the left window. Products that are assigned to a supplier but are not assigned to any organization will be shown in the right window. Select one or many products and assign them to the supplier by pressing the > button. Unassign products by selecting and press < button. Press save to save changes.

23 Organization Add new organization Select Organization > Add Organization in the menu on the left. Enter organization details and press Save. Application server The application server can only handle a X number of signals at the same time. Thus it is important to select an application server that is not fully loaded. Please contact Doro support or Doro R&D before choosing application server. Heartbeat missing The mobile is sending a heartbeat signal to I-care online mobile service continuously. Phone has default 5 min heartbeat. Heartbeat missing is an alert mechanism when the system has not received a heartbeat from the phone for a number of minutes. Eg. If the phone has a heartbeat interval of 5 minutes (Device heartbeat interval is set in device settings). And the system is set to heartbeat missing level 1 = 20min, Heartbeat missing level 2 = 120min. If the system does not receive a heartbeat for 20 minutes, it will indicate HB missing level 1. If the system does not receive an HB for 120 minutes, it will indicate Heartbeat missing level 2 Add new organization for a specific supplier Navigate to the supplier you want to add an organization for. In the organization window in the supplier detail, press Add.

24 Enter the details for the new organization and press save. Sub Organization Add new Sub organization Select under what Organization the sub organization shall be located. Fill in remaining details and press save. For explanation of heartbeat, please see chapter Organization > Heartbeat missing

25 Template Templates are used to easily program a device with predefined values. Add new template To create a new template, select Template > Add Template in the left menu. Enter template name and to which organization the template shall be available for. You can create a template by either copy an existing products and its values, or use another template as base. To update a parameter, press the checkbox next to the parameter and the text field will unlock for editing. The checkbox also indicates what parameters that will be updated when the template is being used on a device. A checked checkbox indicates that the parameter will be updated, unchecked parameter will not be updated even if it contains a value. This is a way to easily make temporary modifications of the parameter when programing a device without making permanently changes to the original template. The example below shows a parameter that will not be update when used on a device. All other parameters in the example will be update since the checkbox is checked.

27 Search/Edit Template Search for a template name, part of a name and/or an organization. Press search to show result. Select the template you want to edit. Make changes of the template and press Save. Product Add new product Search/edit product To search and edit product details, navigate to product > Search/edit product in the menu on the left. Search for one or many criteria s and press search. Select product by pressing the S/N id number of the product you want to edit or update.

28 Find description of information and function below. Product information Product information includes all information of which organization the product is assigned to, its unique device and SIM ID and current status.

29 To edit product information, you will need to deactivate the product. Please see chapter Deactivate product. After deactivation, an edit link will be shown on the right of the product information heading. End user information Press edit on the right hand side. Update each parameter and press save. Deactivate product Press deactivate product, confirm by pressing yes on the control question. This action will send an SMS to the phone and deactivate all communication to I-Care Online Mobile and connected Alarm receiving center. Programming of product is not available when product is deactivated. Activate product Press activate product. This action will send an SMS to the phone and will activate the communication between I-Care Online Mobile and connected Alarm receiving center. Update Software Select the software you want to update to, and press save. The software availability is defined in the Software chapter. Remote Programming Please see product specific manual for each product for further information and descriptions of product settings. Remote programming with template Please see product specific manual for each product for further information and descriptions of product settings. Product logs Select method how to retrieve the log (SMS or push notification). Push notification is preferable to use. Press Get Log to update the log.

30 Product history Product history list contain all user triggered events and result of these from ICOm to the device, eg. Read settings, write settings etc. Create a manual history entry by selecting Create Event. Add title, description and start date/time. Press save Test alarm center Following functions are used for test and demo, it shall not be used live for customers. Ack settings Acknowledgement settings is used as a test alarm center. URL1 setting need to be set to I-Care Online Mobile server in order to get it to work. Ack settings are used set behavior for specific alarm types when received by ICOm. Eg. If the phone shall wait for incoming call when the alarm button has been pressed or if the phone shall call in to the alarm receiving center by itself. Test alarm center Test alarm center is used to monitor the log of all incoming devices.

31 It is also possible to initiate Are you ok messages, start GPS request (GPS trail) or send a text message to the phone. Assign/Unassign Available products that are unassigned to any supplier is shown on the left window. Products that are assigned to a supplier but are not assigned to any organization will be shown in the right window. Select one or many products and assign them to the supplier by pressing the > button. Unassign products by selecting and press < button. Press save to save changes. Import Products Import products function is used to add many products at the same time to ICOm. Select product time and select the CSV file by browsing your computer. Select save. Please contact Doro Support for CSV file.

32 Notification Add new notification Select Notifications > Add new to create a notification that will be sent when a certain event has been triggered. Please see chapter Event types for list of supported notification triggers. notification An notification will send an you selected address. Direct will send the direct when the event happens Collection will store all events and send them collectively at a specific time interval. Eg. Every 60 minutes CIP Currently not active. Event types Allows you to select what event type that shall trigger a notification. Following event types are supported: Heartbeat missing level 1 Heartbeat missing level 2 Heartbeat reset System messages Eg. If Heartbeat missing level 1 is selected, a notification will be sent to an with information about devices that have heartbeat missing level 1 for any of the organizations devices. This can be sent directly when the device gets heartbeat missing level 1 status (direct) or it can wait and collect all events during a time period and send it together in one message (collect).

33 Obs. Alarm type is a setting for CIS and ARC, currently not active. Search/edit notifications Enter search credentials and press search. Select notification to edit.

34 Software Software menu is where you find all available software to devices. Here you will be able to add new and apply new software to suppliers. Add new software Add new software by navigating to Software > Add new in the menu on the left. Select Software type and add name and version of the software. Press Select file and navigate to the SW file and press save.

35 Search/edit software Search for software by navigating to Software > Search/edit. Select type or/and type in Name or/and version. Press search. Select a software to view in more detail. Update details of the software by pressing Edit on the right hand side. Assign the software to suppliers by pressing Assign/unassing on right hand side. Edit name and version. Press save. Here you can also inactivate the SW which means that it will become unavailable for all assigned Suppliers.

36 Assign/Unassign Select the supplier(s) in the Available supplier window and press > button to make the SW available to selected supplier. OBS, update the SW is done under Update software function on the product page for each product. To unassign a SW for a supplier, select supplier(s) on in the Assigned Supplier window and press < button.

37 System Message Add new System message Select System message > Add new to create a new system message. Select the language the message is in, subject and the actual message. Choose where the message shall be posted, Public as on the login page, Dashboard means it will be posted on the first page you end up on when you have logged in. Notification means it will be sent to each user in supplier or organizations that you select in the organization window

38 Search/edit system message Navigate to system messages > Search/Edit. Search for a system message and select it. Edit by pressing the edit link on top right corner. Editing a system message will not cause the message to be resent (new date/time stamp).

39 My System Settings System Configuration The service configuration menu handles system related settings Application server The application server is the actual hardware server the I-care online service is running on. Too much devices and traffic on each server will generate lag in the system, thus it is important to load balance. This is done manually and a new server can be added by pressing the add button in the Application server window.

40 Country Country refers to in what country the supplier or organization is located. This parameter is set for suppliers/organizations and is used to search for suppliers and organizations in specific countries. Press add button on top right corner on the Country window to add a new country. Enter the name of the country and press Save. Language Language refers to the language the user shall have when they use the service. Add new languages by pressing add button on top right corner in the language window. Add details of the language and press save. The actual translations of the languages will need to be added by the R&D team.

41 Product type In the product type window allows you to add new product types in the system. Specific details on how these products shall be handled in the system is handled by the R&D team.

42 Service Request Service request is a Doro Alarm Application function where a client who has installed DAA but not yet connected to a service, can request to get an ARC service. Requests from devices which IMEI is not in the system will end up in Doro organization. Requests from devices that are already added in an organization will end up in Organization admin mail boxes or other defined mailboxes. Select which organization you want to edit settings for using the Organization dropdown menu

43 Auto Data transfer is a function that collects all requests during a period and sends them at given time or weekdays. Select to what address that the service request shall be sent to.
