2 ALL THE USERS WILL CLICK ON SINGLE WEBSITE (UNIQUE FOR EACH PANEL) ON ENTERING THE MEMBERSHIP CODE NUMBER AND THE CAPTCHA (CASE SPECIFIC) CODE, THE USER WILL GET AN OTP ON THEIR REGISTERED MOBILE NUMBER AND

3 ALONG WITH THE OTP CODE, USERS WILL ALSO HAVE TO ENTER THE CAPTCHA CODE THE SECOND TIME CLICK CONTINUE TO PROCEED

4 This is the second page of the application; herein you would get to view the final notice issued by the Election Authority which will be sent to you before start of election.

5 On this page you would get to see the Election rules Terms and conditions for the Election, you will have to accept the terms and conditions in order to move to the next screen. Press Continue to move to next step.

6 1 On this page, you will have to select your name; which appears the first drop down window 2. Enter your G Code again 3. Click on the check box for you to move ahead 4. You will also have to generate (OTP) one time password for moving ahead; which will be sent to you registered mobile number and ID this number/ ID will not be changed under any circumstance once the election process starts. In case you don t get the OTP in your mobile while casting your vote, you can click on resend OTP option 5. The I Confirm button will be activated only when you enter the OTP and submit the same, check the box and move forward

7 This is your sample ballot paper. The names shown in the screen above are only for sample purpose. Depending on the final nominations and vacant posts in specific category & specific panel, the names of valid candidates will be displayed in the actual screen for your selection. You will have to select minimum one person on the whole page. The maximum nos of votes to be casted will be mentioned on the ballot paper, you will not be able to select more than the nos specified, though you can de - select and change your vote again

8 After you click on submit button, you will get this VIEW page to confirm/change your selection. At this stage for corrections if any you can use the button I Change my Option to go back to the voting screen (DO NOT use back button of the browser or backspace to go back, you will be l ogged out of the system and you will have to go back to Step 1). Or click on I confirm for completing the voting process. Please note that you will have to caste your votes in one attempt. You CAN NOT do it in phased manner. Once you click on I confirm button the link in your mail box will be deactivated and you can not use the same again

9 On final submission, you will get a page like this, wherein you will have an option to View and Save your ballot paper in pdf file format file for your future reference and record. You will also get a confirmation of your vote being casted on 1) Registered mobile number and 2) on your registered ID as per voter s list / as confirmed by you.

10 This is the pdf file which will open on your screen, please use Save icon on your browser to save your Pdf file. This is digitally signed and locked file, which cannot be altered.

Latest browser, though system works on the earlier browser also, please download/ check for the latest version: you can download the same by visiting on the sites mentioned below: or 2. Also ensure you have PDF reader installed on your system (you would not need to do this, if you have pdf writer/ professional installed on your machine); you can download the Adobe Acrobat Reader (PDF reader) here: 3. Please DO NOT use the back button of the browser under any circumstance as the application will log you out of the system and you will have to start the process again 4. Please note that you will have to caste your votes in one attempt. You CAN NOT do it in phased manner.
