You will only need to answer a few other questions on this page. Academics: In this section you will enter information about your bachelor s (or higher) degree. You will also be required to upload a copy of the transcripts with awarded degree. Proof of a bachelor s or higher degree is required for formal admission to Graduate Studies. Signature: Once all required questions have been completed and you have uploaded a copy of your transcript with awarded degree, you will be required to provide your digital signature by typing your full name. Check or Submit Application: At any time, you may check the status of your application by clicking on this link.
