1 Congratulations on taking the first step to registering your club! Before starting, make sure you have the following: 1. University addresses of your Executive Board, advisor, and membership. DO NOT input personal addresses. 2. The signed Advisor Application saved as Advisor Application - CLUB NAME 3. The signed Alcohol Policy Acknowledgement saved as Alcohol Policy Club Name 4. Updated Constitution/Bylaws 5. The signed Financial Services documents saved as a. ASI Signature Form-CLUB NAME b. ASI Agency Fund Agreement CLUB NAME 6. The name and phone number of the person who will be responsible for checking your organizations mailbox at least once a week. If you are a New Club you will also need to be prepared with: 7. Organization description 8. Organization Profile picture If you are a Greek Organization you will also need: 7. Greek Chapter Event Calendar 8. Greek Chapter Insurance Form 9. Greek Chapter Tax Payer ID Information 10. Greek Off Campus Advisor Information 11. Greek Chapter Poly Gold Verification 12. Greek Chapter New Member Training Plan If you are a Sport Club you will also need the following: 7. Sport Clubs Team Roster. 8. Sport Clubs Information Form. 9. Copy of member(s) American Red Cross First Aid/CPR/AED certificate. 10. Sport Clubs Coach Request Form 11. Second page of the Volunteer Coach Form 12. Sport Clubs Contract
2 How to Register: 1. Go to mybar.cpp.edu 2. Log in using your Bronco Login information. (This is the same way you log into BroncoDirect.) 3. Click on the box next on Organizations. 4. Scroll to the bottom and select: REGISTER AN ORGANIZATION 5. If you are a Continuing Organization your club has existed at CPP before - type in the name of your organization you are looking to register. There should be a green dot next to its name. If the green dot is not there, lgbeard@cpp.edu If you are registering a New Organization the club has never existed on this campus - click on REGISTER A NEW ORGANIZATION
3 Registering a Continuing Organization 1. The first page will review the instruction. After reviewing click next 2. Input organization s executive/leadership board and roster. All organizations require a President, Treasurer, Scheduler, and Advisor. Including the President, Treasurer, and Scheduler, you must have 5 members to register your club. a. Inputting the leadership: Select the position and type in their CPP Address. If the position you would like is not available, you can add their titles after your registration is approved. b. Inputting the members:
4 9. Upload Advisor Application. Make sure your advisor s supervisor and your club president has signed the form. Remember, it must be saved and uploaded as Advisor Application - CLUB NAME 3. Confirm updated roster. Reminder: rosters must be updated by the end of 2nd week each quarter. 4. Read and submit information regarding non-cpp students. 5. Read and submit the Non-Discrimination Statement.
5 6. Read and submit the Hazing Policy Acknowledgement. 7. Presidents, treasurers, and schedulers must read and sign the Alcohol Policy Acknowledgement. You can find the acknowledgement on the Club Registration website. Remember that it must be saved and uploaded as Alcohol Policy Club Name 8. Submit the most updated version of your club s bylaws. Make sure all of the necessary statements are included verbatim. You can find the sample bylaws on the Club Registration website. 9. Upload ASI Signature Card and Agency Fund Agreement
6 10. Mail Retrieval Agreement Provide the name and phone number of the individual who will be responsible for checking your club s mail. If the mailbox is full, we will contact you all by . If we do not get a response, we will call this person. 11. BCORC Live and Online Acknowledgment Make sure that everyone has completed the BCORC Online training and attended the required workshops during BCORC. 12. Community Service/Volunteering Optional. If you would like to record your community service hours to be recorded on your mybar, this is one opportunity. 13. Review and Submit DO NOT FORGET TO CLICK SUBMIT! Input organization s executive/leadership board and roster. All organizations require a President, Treasurer, Scheduler, and Advisor. Including the President, Treasurer, and Scheduler, you must have 5 members to register your club. a. Inputting the leadership: Select the position and type in their CPP Address. If the position you would like is not available, you can add their titles after your registration is approved. b. Inputting the members:
