1 Renewing Member Instructions Online Registration Instructions You are considered a Renewing Member if you have ever been registered in Badger Region. Enter the current information of the member, regardless of what address you originally registered with. The new username and password will be ed to the address you indicate after you click Submit. Please check your s Spam folder prior to ing the Region or USA Volleyball that this was not received. Proceed to Step #5.

Make sure the email address is still current. All correspondence will be sent to that email address along with confirmation information.

If registering as an adult player, select Level of Play. If registering as an adult coach, official, etc., select UA as Level of Play. Click Continue. Step #8 At this time, please choose UNDECIDED for club. As long as you select UNDECIDED, you may login again later and update to the club that you will be affiliated with. NOTE: Once you choose a club affiliation in Webpoint, you cannot change this yourself, you will need to contact the Region Office to make changes.

Read the release and then click the box by the red text. This is accepted as your electronic signature to allow us to proceed with your background screening. The process will not begin until your application for membership is complete and the region has received the correct payment. If you choose to skip the Background Screening, your membership based on Junior Affiliation will not be accepted and you will not be able to participate in any sanctioned event.

Click Continue and Process Background Screening. This box will pop up. You will have $18.

If you are not an official, do not check the box for Extended Official s Insurance, it will delay your membership. 6 Step #11 The next piece of the page allows you to select your form of payment. We strongly suggest that you pay your fees directly by credit card which will allow you to complete your membership today. If you cannot pay by credit card, you can pay by cash or check for an additional $5. You must click Submit payment separately, per Region policy and follow the instructions at the end of this document. Your membership will not be complete and your background screen (if required) will not be processed until payment is received. This could delay your membership for a week or more, during which time no contact at USAV sanctioned events (tryouts, practices) is allowed. Adults who choose this option, please be aware that your background screen (if required) will not be submitted for application until this payment is received and processed by the Badger Region office. Once submitted by the Badger Region office to the background screening company, this process takes up to five business days to complete. There is no rushing a screen. Please plan accordingly. Step #12 The last part of this page is a very important part of the registration process. You will be accepting the terms of membership with electronic signatures. If registering a junior player, a parent or guardian will be providing information, as well as accepting the terms of membership on behalf of their child or legal ward. Click on the blue USAV Waiver & Release of Liability. A box will open so that it can be read. Check the box under USAV Waiver & Release of Liability to acknowledge agreement to the waiver after you have read it.

Please read the yellow part at the top as it gives you instructions on what to do next, including how to print your membership card (which junior members will need for tryouts) and update your club affiliation. If you selected a Junior Tryout Membership, the card will not print out with a CURRENT status until Oct. 1. This confirmation (as long as membership is PAID) will also serve as proof of registration.

Step #14 Junior players, scroll down to the next yellow part where you will find the additional documents required for every tryout, the Medical Release Form and the Player Information Form.
