My Bronco Activity Record A complete record of your club membership, leadership roles, campus employment, social justice and community involvement while enrolled as a student at Cal Poly Pomona Prospective members can search for clubs/organizations contact name, meeting time, upcoming events Update your mybar page!

4 Club Registration Fill out all necessary forms found on Club and Organization Registration page on CPP website starting June 11, Log onto mybar.cpp.edu and upload each form to each corresponding step Submit fall registration for approval by 11 PM August 10, 2018.

7 Adding Members/Updating Roster Need all of your members CPP s Copy and paste to invite them Members will receive invite -> they must CLICK ACCEPT in order for their membership to show up on mybar

13 Creating Positions You can create various positions to assign to assign to individual or groups of members within your roster Each position has a title that you can choose to make visible on your roster Positions can be given certain administrative access privileges You can assign specific members with limited or full administrative access to your club s mybar page

20 Sending a Message as an Organization Leader Organization leaders with "All Access" to messaging have the ability to message the members of their organization. From this area messages can be composed and delivered to various combinations of organization members and officers. There are two criteria that student leaders can use to define the message recipients: By using these pieces of criteria, an administrator can send a message to the holding certain [positions] and/or these specific [members]. Student Leaders can also send messages to all members of their organization, excluding specific individuals as appropriate.

33 How to Create/Submit An Event Find your Org and Click on Manage Organizations (upper right hand corner) -click on Create Event -Enter an event title, theme, description, start and end time, and location into their respective boxes. You can also identify if the event will be co-hosted with other organizations -Optional: map, perks -add image for event (the larger the better because it will resize)

45 Creating Forms After you ve created a form, the next step is to distribute it. On your list of forms, look for the Publish option. This is visible on the right side of the page. Note: if you re in an organization make sure to click Manage Forms first.
46 Creating Forms First, you have the ability to change the form status between active and inactive. Make sure the form status is set to active. If you intend on sending a message with a link to the form, copy the URL and paste it into your message. Note: If a form is active in an organization, it will automatically be added to the form list. The publish feature is used to generate the shareable URL.

51 Co-Curricular Transcript The Co-Curricular Transcript is an unofficial transcript of your co-curricular involvement, highlighting your out-of classroom experiences such as events you have attended, organizations you have joined or held positions in, and self reported experiences you have submitted. This can be used to apply for grad school, provide speaking points for job interviews, and to showcase your leadership experience.
