1 Hillside School YEARBOOK IMPORTANT ORDER FORMS ENCLOSED IN THIS PACKET YOU HAVE TWO (2) ORDER FORMS: 1) Ordering a Hillside Yearbook 2) Buying personal messages in the Hillside Yearbook. Don t miss out! Trust us the last days of school students LOVE to collect autographs from friends and teachers in their yearbooks and the first things kids do is look for their special message.

2 Dear Parents Throughout the school year our yearbook Committee has worked hard to produce a school yearbook as a memento of the school year. The yearbook will be a very special full color 68-page yearbook where EVERY child at Hillside will be featured on their class page as an individual, in a class photo and our goal of at least 1 candid photo. It will be an amazing yearbook and special keepsake not to be missed! Ordering Yearbook(s) Please fill out the enclosed Yearbook Order Form. Yearbooks will cost $15 for the first child and $12 for each additional child. 5 th Grade Students will be given a yearbook as a gift from the PTA and do NOT need to return a yearbook order form. Buying Personal Yearbook Message(s) We are also excited to announce that the back section of this year s yearbook will be dedicated to grade-specific messages from parents, grandparents, siblings or friends! This is the perfect way to send your child a little note and also thank teachers, administrators or other memorable support staff. All messages will be organized by grade to recipient. For example, all 5 th grade messages will appear under a special 5th Grade Messages section. Any messages for those other than faculty (Mr. Joe, Mrs. Gramata, office staff) will be placed under special Hillside Faculty and Staff section. If you wish to place a message in the yearbook, please fill out the enclosed Yearbook Messages Order Form.
