Share with everyone your final work. Synchronize Drive with your PC,Laptop, Tablet or SmartPhone. Features: Drive saves your documents automatically You have 30GB of space. Google documents do not count against the
5 Drive - Create Google Drive is a file storage and synchronization service Google Drive is now the home of Google Docs
6 Drive - Share Let others view, edit or comment on your documents. them when a document is shared.
7 Drive - Share To Share a File with a Limited Group of People: 1. Locate and select the file you wish to share. 2. The file action buttons will appear at the top of the page. Click the Share button. 3. Sharing a file from your Google Drive 4. The Sharing settings dialog box will open. In the Add people: box, type the addresses of the people you'd like to share the file with.
8 Drive - Collaborate Whenever you share a file in Google Docs format, you'll have the option to allow your co-editors to change and edit that file.
9 How can I read my Fordham ? Internet Browser: Chrome, IE, Firefox, Safari Imap clients: Thunderbird, Outlook. Tip: The best client is Chrome.
10 - Folders? Folders are used to organize information. Folders help find information you need. Sometimes is difficult to find a folder in the Gmail interface. Use labels to organize messages in Google. and filters to automatically organize your mail
11 Search your ! Use the advance search option as an alternative to folder management.
12 Spam in your ? Fordham has 2 systems that prevent Spam: Postini and Gmail spam If you think a message is spam, report it! If a message is not spam, not spam it!
13 Google Chat if you're already using Gmail, all you need to do to chat is sign in, invite your coworkers, and chat. Google Chat Chat Status Group Chat
14 Contacts Different contact types There are 2 different types of Google Contacts. Each is managed separately and contains similar, but not identical, information: The Google Apps Directory(domain-wide contacts list managed by administrators) Directory - entries in the Domain directory Domain Groups - created by Admins. My Contacts(personal contacts managed by users) My Contacts - created by the user Local Groups - created by the users.

16 Google Shared Calendar Shared resources (Project Teams, Out Of Office, Faculty Groups, classrooms, conference rooms, sports fields, etc.) ex : US Holidays Shared Calendar Create a new calendar for your resource Select the appropriate acceptance level for automatically adding events to the calendar Share your calendar with the people who will be reserving the resource.
