2 Supplier Access Guide Index 1 How to Obtain Access: Step 1: Request access to SCC/HASP How to Onboard After Access is Obtained: Step 2: After access is obtained, log in to the SCC portal Step 3: Register answers to security questions Step 4: Set up subscription Step 5: Check out the HASP training materials Step 6: If additional help is needed make a request
3 Step 1: Request access to the portal Go to: scc.honeywell.com Internet Explorer, Version 10 or higher, is recommended for optimal performance 1) Click on: Request Access to SCC 2) Complete all mandatory fields* and submit Note: If requester receives an error when submitting, please take a screen shot and send that in an to the following for assistance: aerohaspsupport@honeywell.com 2 Enter ALL Honeywell SAP Vendor Codes necessary for access. Vendor Codes are visible in the PO header or the requestor may contact their Buyer to provide correct Vendor Codes as well. Takeaway Goes Here 3) An will be sent when access is granted with instructions for logging in the first time. Access requests take 3-5 business days to process
4 Step 2: Log into the SCC portal to access HASP Go to: scc.honeywell.com 3 1) Enter Vendor ID (supplier address) 2) Click Continue 1 2 3) Enter Password 4) Click Log On 3 4 5) Click on I Agree to log on or I Decline to end log on 5 Never allow the password to be saved in your browser
5 Step 3: Register Answers to Security Questions 4 Complete one-time process to register answers to security questions: On the Dashboard page 1) Click on Register Security Questions 2) User walks through one-time process to register answers for identification purposes should they get locked out in the future Then, if ever locked out or forget your password follow below: Note: The Forgot Password process WILL NOT work if a Supplier has not answered the security questions, an will need to be sent to aerohaspsupport@honeywell.com instead, requesting unlock and refreshed password. 1) Click Continue 2) Click Forgot Password and walk through a few simple steps obtaining a new password for immediate access Security questions must be answered to use Forgot Password link
6 Step 4: Set up subscription to obtain notices 5 To receive Purchase Order and Quality notifications Click on User Profile Navigate to Notifications PO Notifications Click on PO Subscriptions To receive notifications for RFQs Click on erfq Click Subscribe to daily RFQ s Click on the radio button to select either Weekly or Daily notifications Quality Notifications Every user will manage their own subscriptions
7 Step 5: Review training material 6 From the Dashboard page click Procurement Help From the HASP Procurement page click About Procurement
