5 1. LOGIN ADMIN In LiveBox there are three admin typologies: God, Admin Domain and Admin Group. Their functionalities are diversified depending on their capacities. God is the main and real LiveBox admin. He sets notifications, client mail, domain creation and groups imported. The Admin Domain takes care of his own domain while the Admin Group manages internal and external users in a specific managed group. 4

6 1.1 MANAGE After the Login like universal Admin, click on Manage where are listed two features: Settings and Resources SETTINGS In the Settings area there are: License, Notifications and System. 5

7 1.1.2 LICENSE Clicking on License, the Admin can consult the informative details on the LiveBox License where are sum up fields concerned the ID, internal and external users part, license validity and last server update. All the fields are not changeable and have a consultation purpose. 6

1.1.3 NOTIFICATIONS With LiveBox, God Admin can customize messages sent to the users. Clicking on Notifications you can visualize message lists to send them automatically.

The button ON marks active notifications and to disable them turn OFF. Clicking on every notifications you can visualize and edit the subject and the text of the message, add attachments or insert tags that will be visualized later from the receiving. The Admin, clicking on x, can disable a message typology. To refresh the default notification you have to click on Save. 7

10 1.1.4 SYSTEM Clicking on System it will open the System Settings screen on the split in Utility service, Push Servers, System Settings, BlackList, Backup USER SERVICE By clicking on System, within the capabilities concerning the Manage Settings menu, you can access the User service with which the Admin interacts with users inputting LiveBox Hostname, Port, Address, Contact, Username and Password. All fields are editable from the Admin God. 9

14 1.2.1 DOMAIN STATISTICS Clicking on the icon with the eye it is possible to check the domain statistics. A diagram sums up the Domain informations (Domain, groups storage quota occupied and the free one). 13

15 1.2.2 CREATE A DOMAIN To create a New Domain by God or Domain Admin, click on Create Domain. Fill in the fields: Name, Description, Expiration Date and Quota. 14

16 1.2.3 GROUP CREATION A Domain can contain Groups. God, the Domain Admin and Group Admin have the possibility to create new Groups. Groups contain specific users that share among each other data and informations. Clicking on Create Group you have to insert Name, Description and Quota. 15

18 1.2.4 STATISTICS GROUP Clicking on the icon with the eye you can access to the statistics referred to the Groups. Group informations are characterized from: name, description, total quota assigned and not assigned. 17

19 2. INTERNAL USERS Internal users belong to the Domain or to one or more Groups. They can be insert in a group by God, Domains and Groups admin and have the possibility to control and share files with internal or external users,to the Group or Domain. An internal user can create ONLY groups, not domains. 18

20 2.1 EXTERNAL USERS External users can be insert in a group by God (universal admin), Domain and Group admin that can send an invitation via mail to the user creating a visible contact just inside on the group or Domain where he is allocated. External users established in a group can not have the access to the ios and Android applications, Android and client agent, but only on web. Once received the invitation, an external user can go ahead with the registration (user and password), achieving a personal profile page and share files with the sender users. External user does not have permissions and can be removed in any moment by God, Admin Domain/Group. External users do not have administrative permissions

21 3. LDAP Clicking on Domains the admin has the possibility to import users through LDAP, a standard protocol to edit directory services. It is possible to set up resources LDAP clicking LDAP button. Clicking on Create is possible to visualize configurations LDAP already existed. 20

22 3.1 NEW CONFIGURATION To create a new LDAP configuration, click on Domain section and fill the following fields. 21

23 4. ADMIN PROFILE Clicking on Profile the Admin God can access to the personal data sheets. 22

24 4.1 V CARD The vcard, is a file format for the electronic business card. The vcards can be attached to the messages but can be exchanged in different ways, usually through internet, between two or more mobile devices, through bluetooth or sms. They can contain informations as name, surname, address, telephone number, , url, birthdays and images. The Admin has the possibility of editing his password or personal informations. 23

25 4.2 DEVICES Inside on Devices area are listed all the devices. The user has the possibility to delete or disabled them in every moment. 24
