1 These instructions will walk an HOA member through the registration process for all required on-line clinics required by HOA. For this example, we will register and complete the HA15_110 JR Coaches Officiating Clinic Prerequisites 1. Have a Webpoint UserID (be registered for this season) 2. Be able to accept s from: usav_admin@ai-group.com lmsadmin@usav.org Step 1. Login to Webpoint Step 2. Get your USAV Member ID (also known as Contact ID) You will need to have this number for later. 4 Step 7. Registration Confirmation This indicates that you have successfully registered. If you receive any error messages, you will need to contact HOA Technical Support. HOA Note: You will need to remember your User Name and Password If you took clinics in the season, your Userid and Password will be the same. If you cannot get into the Academy please contact the HOA office. HOA Note: Use the Click Here link to access clinic HOA Note: The User Name and Password is your Webpoint Userid and Password. If you change your Webpoint Userid, you must contact HOA Technical Support. Failure to do so may result in errors or member not receiving credit for clinic. 6 from USAV Academy Confirming Enrollment At this point, you are ready to Sign In to USAV Academy/Coursemill/LMS You can do this by clicking the link on the Webpoint Registration Confirmation Page. 7 At this point, you will see a list of your Clinics. These are all the clinics that you registered to take, using Webpoint. In order to receive credit you will need to edit your profile to ensure that your Region and USAV Member ID are accurate. Step 9. Edit Profile Click Edit Profile link in upper left corner. The Edit Profile page has two tabs User Profile Here you can change your password (Webpoint and Academy password may now be different) Sub Orgs Here you must confirm your Region and ContactID TO RECEIVE CREDIT Region must be Heart of America Academy ContactID must match your Webpoint ContactID Remaining items are optional. If either are not correct, please change and click Save. Academy User ID and Webpoint User ID Must Always Match if you change your Webpoint UserID you must contact the HOA Office!!! 8 Step 10. Open Clinic and Take Courses in Clinic WEBPOINT/USAV ACADEMY You can take courses in any order. You must complete all courses in the clinic to receive credit for the clinic. Step 11. Successful Completion You will receive an notification for successfully completing the entire clinic. Additionally you will receive a PDF Certification of Completion for the clinic.
