Last Week means to view last week s account activity. 4. Current Month means to view this month s account activity. 5. Last Month means to view last month s account activity. 6. For Repair means the transaction is waiting for repair. 55 Transaction Approval via K-Corporate Mobile Banking How to log in to K-Cash Connect Plus via K-Corporate Mobile Banking Steps before logging in to the system 1. Download the app from App Store or Play Store 2. Search for K-Corporate Mobile Banking. After the app has been completely downloaded, the Icon will be displayed on screen. Download Application K-Corporate Mobile Banking from App Store/Play Store K-Corporate Mobile Banking Log in to K-Corporate Mobile Banking from your smart phone. 1 Click to activate and the screen will display Login 2 Click Login Enter User ID obtained from User ID mailer No. [010] Enter Password obtained from Password mailer No. [011] Click Login Approval via mobile phone 46

86 Balance inquiry 1. Q: K-Cash Connect Plus displays two types of account balance. What is the difference between them? A: The two types are outstanding balance and available balance. The outstanding balance is the amount in the account including deposited cheques that have not yet cleared. The available balance is the amount that can be withdrawn; it excludes deposited cheques that have not yet cleared. Example: The outstanding balance is 1,100 Baht and the available balance is 100 Baht. This means that 100 Baht is available for withdrawal; the 1,000 Baht difference is the total of deposited cheques that have not yet cleared. Learn more about account balance in the Manual, page Q: Can balance data be saved as a file? A: Yes. Do the following to save balance data as an Excel file.
