1 Register at Last Date for Registrations 20 th April 2015 GUIDELINES FOR 2016 REGISTRATION & ELIGIBILITY CRITERION All participating Institutes need to have an operational collegiate club. All participating, members & faculty advisors should be SAEINDIA members. Even the faculty advisors need to be register and to carry the membership number. Team Size: A team should consist a maximum of 25 members & minimum of 5 members. A team needs to have minimum 1 and maximum 2 faculty advisors. NOTE Addition/Swapping of team members are not allowed once team is registered. (However deletion can be done with approvals from FA and college director which needs to be notified to BAJA secretariat). Pl note team can no way add a member in place of a deleted one. Noncompliance to this rule in event will lead to disqualification.

2 This year we are keeping registrations for main BAJA and ebaja under different heads, which enables the team to register a maximum of 2 teams from one college.i.e. 1 BAJA team and 1 ebaja team. Registration Fee Structure: A. BAJA Registration ( conventional BAJA ) 1 st Phase Registration - Participation fees INR % Service tax. Payment to be done in favour of through challan form available on website. 2 nd Phase Registration Teams qualifying VIRTUAL BAJA needs to pay the 2 nd phase of registration amount - INR % service tax. Payment to be done in favour of through challan form available on website. B. ebaja Registration 1 st Phase of Registration - Participation fees INR % Service tax. Payment to be done in favour of through challan form available on website. 2 nd Phase of Registration - Teams qualifying VIRTUAL BAJA need to pay the 2 nd phase of registration amount - INR % service tax. Payment to be done in favour of through challan form available on website. REGISTRATION FEE WAIVER SCHEME - To Promote Diversity, BAJA SAEINIDA is introducing registration fee waiver for girl participation in a team. The waiver is only applicable for the second phase of registration. There will be a fee waiver of 1000 Rs per Girl participation (e.g. If there are 5 girls in a team, the waiver would be 5000 Rs from the registration amount base fee (base fee is the fee which excludes the service Tax) In case the waiver exceeds the 2 nd phase of registration amount (e.g. In ebaja Teams, if the no of girls are above 20, the waiver will exceed the base registration amount, in such a case the waiver would be complete 2 nd phase of registration amount).

5 Note down 5 Digit reference no. and download Challan form and pay % Service tax. In cash, cheque & DD and submit the challan form in nearest ICICI bank and retain 2 copies i.e College copy and event copy. Payment details Date Branch City Transaction no. 6 Photograph Photograph of 3.5x3.00 cms, Maximum Size- 20kb Submit the complted registration and wait for approval/ Acknowledgement for registration. All confirmed teams will be given with unique IDs for further communication. Very Important - Teams need to submit the Event Challan Hard Copy to the Address mentioned in the page footer. Students can write A/F (Applied For) in the field of Membership ID if applied recently. But, should have a Valid ID during the Virtual. Teams need to write their Reference No (Password) in the field of Roll No/Registration ID in the challan form.
