This perission allows activating a vendor for use within both Acquisitions and Licenses. This perission allows the user to assign the adin role to another user. This perission allows the user to allocate (or distribute) oney into funds associated with a budget. This changes the budgeted aount of the fund. is also able to dis-allocate (or reove) oney fro the fund. This perission allows user to assigns roles to other users; also allows creating a user that autoatically has the everyone role assigned. Can_Reassign_Task This perission allows the user to reassign a task fro one user to another user. Can_Request_For_Purchase This perission allows the use to request an ite for purchase (creates a purchase order in the Acquisitions odule). Can_Retrieve This perission allows the user to retrieve and view institutional configuration data relating to authentication and authorization. Can_Retrieve_Security_Context The security context contains all the inforation about a given user (especially what actions they can perfor). Clai_Order_Ite Close_Budget_Period This perission allows the user to close the budget for the current fiscal cycle, including transferring any open encuberances to the next fiscal cycle. Copy_Budget_Period This perission allows the user to copy the fund structure fro a previous budget to a new budget, so that they do not have to re-enter all the fund details into the new budget. Create_Invoice_Ite This perission allows the user to add ites to an invoice. Create_Orderite This perission allows the user to add ites to an order. Create_Purchaseorder This perission allows the user to create a purchase order. Create_Shared_File This perission allows a user to upload a file and store it on the Shared File Service. Create_Suppleental_Invoice_Ite This perission allows the user to add an ite to an invoice after that ite has already been added to a previous invoice, so that they library can process and pay suppleental invoices received to cover adjusted costs for ites. Create_Vendor This perission allows creating a vendor. Deactivate_Vendor This perission allows a user of Acquisitions or License Manager to reove a vendor fro their list of active partners. Delete_Order_Ite_Teplate This perission allows the user to delete an order ite teplate (in case it is no longer valid for your library). Delete_Purchaseorder This perission allows the user to delete an un-placed purchase order and all its ites, so that if the purchase order is no longer valid, it can be reoved fro the syste. Delete_Shared_File Not ipleented. Delete_Vendor Not ipleented. Edit_Global_Vendor Edit_Vendor This perission allows editing vendor data for your library only. Enable_Budget_Period This perission allows the user to enable the next budget for use even though the current budget (aka earliest open budget) is still being used so that a library can order aterials on the next budget. Finish_Eprod_Receiving This perission allows the user to finish receiving an e- product order so that it is arked as copletely received by the library. As part of the Partner Inforation Exchange Services, users can upload MARC files fro a vendor to be iported in the Acquisitions. This perission allows the user to odify the end date of an open (current or future) budget to adjust for changing fiscal cycles and budget periods or ake siple corrections to the tie period of a budget. This perission allows the user to pay an invoice, so that the vendor can receive payent for ites ordered and the library can track the invoice aount as expended, rather than encubered. This perission allows publishing a vendor to all libraries. Read_Issue Read_Open_Orders This perission allows the user to search and view open orders that have not yet been placed with the vendor. Read_Orderite This perission allows the user to search and view order ites. Read_Shared_File This perission allows the user to download and read files stored on the shared file service, such as those uploaded for processing by Partner Exchange Services. Read_Vendor_B2B_Processing_Log This perission allows the user to view the logs of a vendor iport/export process, such as the process that begins when uploading a file to one of the Partner Exchange Services. Receive_Local_Issue Receive_Outstanding_Order_Ites This perission allows the user to receive outstanding onographs that have been ordered, but not yet received. Self_Manage_Passwords The patron can use the Forgot Password feature to get a new password. Show_Shared_File This perission allows the user to view the nae and other etadata of files stored on the shared file service, such as those uploaded for processing by Partner Exchange Services. It does not allow users to read the file. Start_Eprod_Receiving This perission allows the user to start receiving an eproduct, so that the library can record the reception of content on the incoplete order. Start_Serial_Receiving This perission allows the user to start receiving serial issues, so that the library can track record their reception on the incoplete order. Subit_Purchaseorder This perission allows the user to place an order, subitting it to the vendor, if not done already. Unpay_Invoice This perission allows the user to revert an invoice to un-paid state in order to correct istakes and thus alter the corresponding budget expenditures (This feature is not allowed for invoices that use a closed budget). It also allows editing the start date, end date and cycle, and enabling a future budget for use. Note: The availability of these actions depends on whether a budget is open or closed, enabled or not, and the presence or absence of future budgets. Update_Global_Issue Update_Invoice This perission allows the user to change an invoice before it is paid. Update_Invoice_Ite This perission allows the user to change ites on an invoice before it is paid. Update_Orderite This perission allows the user to change ites on an order, before it has been placed. Update_Subitted_Purchaseorder This perission allows the user to change a vendor order nuber on a placed purchase order, i.e. one that has been subitted to the vendor. Update_Unsubitted_Purchaseorder This perission allows the user to change an open (unsubitted) purchase order. It does not allow editing the ites on the order. View_Global_Issue View_Vendor This perission allows viewing a vendor. Due_Date_Beyond_Policy_Override This perission allows a user to specify a due date later than the date allowed by the loan policy. Expired Override Expired users cannot check out ites because they are no longer valid patrons. This perission allows a user to override the block. It does not ean the patron has died. Fine_Exept_Override This perission overrides patrons exeption fro bills/fines so they can be billed. Fiscal The user ay perfor fiscal operations, like creating or paying a fine. This perission allows the user to override the current loan and loan the ite to a new patron. Past_Claied_Lost_Liit_Override The patron has ade too any clais of lost ites, which triggers the claied lost liit. This perission overrides the liit. Past_Claied_Never_Had_Liit_Override The patron has ade too any clais of never having ites to return, which triggers the claied never had liit. This perission overrides the liit. Past_Claied_Returned_Liit_Override The patron has ade too any clais of having returned ites, which triggers the claied never returned liit. This perission overrides the liit. Past_Fee_Liit_Override The patron has too any outstanding fines, which triggers the past fee liit This perission overrides the liit. Past_Overdue_Liit_Override The patron has too any overdue ites, which triggers the past overdue liit. This perission overrides the liit. Past_Renewal_Liit_Override The patron has renewed an ite too any ties, which triggers the past renewal liit. This perission overrides the liit. Pending_Hold_Override The ite being loaned out could fulfill an existing hold request, so the operation has been denied. This perission overrides the pending hold. Required_Info_Override The operation requires extra inforation, e.g., adding a note to a bill. This perission allows the user to not add the extra inforation. Required_Ite_Override The operation requires a circulating ite to be associated with it (e.g., raising a bill for daage to an ite). This perission overrides the required ite association. Unverified Override A patron has not been verified (e.g. a valid driver s license has not been produced) so the operation has been denied.
