1 Goboprint Personalised A4 Imagewrap Photoboook: Groupon Redemption Tutorial Step 1: Validate your Groupon Voucher 1. Go to 2. Click on Groupon redemption and select Photobook 3. Select your preferences: Orientation : Portrait/Landscape Cover Finishing : Gloss/Matt Lamination Upgrades: add pages, upgrade paper, upgrade to Swarovski crystals deluxe 4. Click Add to Cart followed by Check out 5. Create a new account (for new customers) and click Next to enter your shipping address. For existing customers, please proceed to Log in 6. Click Summary and enter Groupon voucher code in the Vouchers column. Click Add 7. Enter Groupon security code in the Vouchers column and click Add 8. Click Next. Then click Next and Next again to confirm your order 9. You will receive an automatically generated invoice via . Please keep the invoice and order numbers as reference when you send the photobook file to us for printing 1
2 Step 2: Design your Photobook 1. Download and install the free HP Photo Creations software at: 2. Download and install dopdf at 3. Launch the HP Photo Creations software. Click the Region icon on the top right and select United States. Click OK 4. Click Start Over and the software will restart 5. Under By Project, select Ship to Home and then Photo Books. Select Landscape Photo Books for landscape orientation or Portrait Photo Books for portrait orientation 2
3 6. Click Choose a Theme and select your preferred theme 7. This is your front cover page. Choose size 11 x 8.5 for landscape or 8.5 x 11 for portrait. Then upload your photos from your computer by clicking My Computer or upload photos from your Facebook/Flickr/Picasa account by clicking Online Library 8. Select photo(s) to be used from the left panel under Photos category. Tip: you may select Autoflow if you want the software to auto-arrange your photos 3
4 9. Change your theme by choosing Themes. You may edit the photo(s) and select variations of the themes by clicking Design 10. To add text, select Text on the left hand panel and Add New Text Box. You may edit your text from the editing panel 11. For a 3D or full view, click 3D or Full. Save your project by clicking Save to avoid losing your work 4
5 12. Add up to 40 pages by clicking the + sign up to page 40 Right (for customers who have upgraded to additional pages, please add the pages accordingly). Continue working on the rest of the pages of your photobook by clicking the relevant pages 13. Once you are done with your photobook, click Print 14. Click on Advanced Print. Then select the following settings and click Print Printer : dopdf v7 (please download this at Paper size : 9.5 x 12 - Letter Extra (for landscape) or 8.5 x 11 Note (for portrait) Paper orientation : Landscape (for landscape) or Portrait (for portrait) Image scaling : Scale to fill (Crop image) Two-sided printing : Off Pages : Print all pages 5
6 15. Click Print 16. Rename file name. Select Open PDF in reader, High Quality Images and click OK. Please wait a moment until the photobook is converted to PDF file. The PDF file will pop up in a new window 17. Depending on your internet connection, there may be a message on the top panel stating HP Photo Creations (Not Responding). Don t worry, just wait a moment and your photobook will be converted into a PDF file in no time 6
7 18. Click Done when you see Step 3: Remove Paper being highlighted 19. You are now ready to send the PDF file to Goboprint for printing. Please go to Please perform the following steps: Click + Add files to upload your PDF file Enter groupon@goboprint.com in the Friend s column Enter your address in the Your column Enter your Goboprint invoice number and order number (e.g. IN1234 & Order#3456) in the Message column Click Transfer and wait until transfer is completed 21. You will receive a confirmation from us on the successful transfer of your file within 2 working days. If you do not hear from us within 2 working days, please us at groupon@goboprint.com For any enquiries, please groupon@goboprint.com IMPORTANT: To complete your Groupon redemption, please complete all the steps in this tutorial by 20 April
