2 Procedure 1 Start from the Direct Energy Supplier Portal Registration Link (directenergysupplieraribacom/register) Steps 2-14 assume you do NOT currently have an Ariba account If you do, click the Log In button at the top of the screen and resume at Step 15 Ariba Sourcing 2 Fill out the Basic Company Information and Account Information forms as appropriate for your company Note that all things marked by an asterisk (*) are Mandatory and require a response from you prior to your being able to Register with Direct Energy udc 2 of 29

3 Ariba Sourcing 3 If you need to find your Product and Service Categories Click to Browse Ariba Sourcing 4 To expand the Categories in the first Column, Click the appropriate Arrow udc 3 of 29

4 Ariba Sourcing 5 When you have found the appropriate Category, Click Add You can continue to drill down into the categories by clicking the Arrows 6 Click Ariba Sourcing 7 If you need to Search for your Ship-to or Service Locations Click to Browse udc 4 of 29

5 Ariba Sourcing 8 To expand the Locations in the first column, click the appropriate Arrow Ariba Sourcing 9 When you have found the appropriate Location, Click Add You can continue to drill down into the locations by clicking the Arrows 10 Click udc 5 of 29

10 17 If you answer "Yes" to the question regarding a Corporate Social Responsibility Policy, you will need to upload your Policy, Click udc 10 of 29
