3 Integration 1. Before Integration Before beginning the installation, please make sure that: You have Admin permission on your Marketo instance. You have Administrator or Marketing Ops role on your Mintigo instance. 2. Configure REST APIs in Marketo Follow the steps below to perform necessary setup on the Marketo side. Go to Users and Roles à Roles à Create New Role. Insert Mintigo as Role Name and Mintigo Integration as Role Description. You will need the following permissions in read-only and read-write modes: Read-Only Activity Read-Only Campaign Read-Write Lead Read-Write Named Account Read-Write Named Account List

4 Now, assign user to newly created role: Go to Users and Roles à Users à Invite New User and fill in the details as follows: Give it appropriate permissions: Note: Please check API Only. Now go to LaunchPoint à New à New Service : Display Name should be Mintigo.

5 Service is Custom. Description is Mintigo Integration Service. API Only User is Once Service is created, click on View Details and take note of Client ID and Client Secret. Also, copy the Identity ID from Admin à Web-Service s à REST API In this case, Identity ID is 111-AAA Configure Integration in Mintigo Login to Mintigo platform at Go to Settings à External Platforms à Toggle the on/off under Marketo. Fill in the details that you have collected before: o Identity ID o Client ID o Client Secret

6 As soon as you click on the Check Connection and Save, we will validate the provided credentials and setup the integration. In case of an authentication error, an error message will be presented.

7 Exporting Data to Marketo 1. Exporting Leads to Marketo Before Export When exporting data to Marketo, we can populate the custom fields as well as standard Marketo fields. Refer to Marketo documentation ( for the exact list of standard fields. To create Named Account fields, go to Admin à Database Management à Field Management à New Custom Field. Choose Lead object and fill in relevant details: We typically recommend creating Boolean or String fields for Mintigo MIs. If you are uncertain about data types for particular MIs, please consult your Customer Success Manager. You will be able to use custom fields across all exports from Mintigo. Export Operation Login to Mintigo platform. Click on the lead based market you would like to export.

8 Choose Export List from the triple-dot menu. Choose the List to export and click on Marketo. Note: When exporting named accounts to Marketo, is used to identify the leads when creating / updating. You can choose an existing static list and assign leads to it. Map the fields you would like to export. Lead address is a mandatory field during export and the platform will not let you continue unless this field is mapped for export. For every Mintigo field or MI that you want to export, choose an appropriate target field in Marketo.

9 Click on Submit. You will receive an once operation has completed. Login to Marketo and check details of one of the leads you exported to make sure that fields are populated correctly. 2. Exporting Named Accounts to Marketo Before Export Before exporting Named Accounts to Marketo, make sure that you have Marketo ABM product license. Please refer to Getting Started with ABM in Marketo, When exporting data to Marketo, we can populate custom fields as well as standard Marketo fields. Standard Marketo fields for Named Accounts include: Account Name, Website, Country, City, and State. Refer to Marketo documentation for the exact list of standard fields. To create Named Account fields, go to Admin à Database Management à Field Management à New Custom Field. Choose Named Account object and fill in relevant details:

10 You will be able to use custom fields across all exports from Mintigo. Please consult Marketo documentation regarding the behavior of Custom Fields when CRM integration is in place ( ry). We typically recommend creating Boolean or String fields for Mintigo MIs. If you are uncertain about data types for particular MIs, please consult your Customer Success Manager. Account Score field is created by clicking on Admin à ABM à Account Score Settings à Edit. For example:

11 Export Operation Login to Mintigo platform. Click on the account based market you would like to export. Choose Export List from the triple-dot menu. Choose the list to export and click on Marketo. Note: When exporting named accounts to Marketo, Account Name is used to identify the accounts when creating / updating. You can optionally create a Named Account List and assign Named Accounts to it. Map the fields you would like to export. Account name (API name is name ) is a mandatory field during export and the platform will not let you continue unless this field is mapped for export. For every Mintigo field or MI that you want to export, choose an appropriate target field in Marketo.

Login to Marketo and check details of one of the named accounts you exported to make sure that fields are populated correctly: o Go to Named Accounts Dashboard and inspect a list of Named Accounts that you have exported or search for one of the accounts that were exported. o Click into one or more Named Accounts and inspect Named Account details

14 3. Webhook Configuration for Real Time Scoring and Enrichment of Leads To embed real-time scoring and enrichment of leads in your Marketo campaigns, webhook integration can be used. Webhook integration consists of two parts: configuration in Mintigo platform and configuration in Marketo. Once webhook is set up, you can use it within your campaigns. Configuration in Mintigo Login to Mintigo platform. Click on the lead based market you would like to integrate with. Choose Market Integrations from the triple-dot menu. Click on Marketo RT tab in the Market Integrations screen. Choose input fields for enrichment: o These fields are going to be sent as part of webhook request. o Fields that were used during model creation are marked with asterisk. We recommend that you map them as part of the integration to receive best prediction results. o For each Mintigo field, choose a corresponding source field in Marketo. Choose fields that you want to send back to Marketo, such as predictive score and rank and Mintigo marketing indicators.

15 Toggle the Market Integration. Click on Save to save the configuration in Mintigo platform. Now we need to perform two additional steps to ease configuration on Marketo side: Click on View Payload button and save the following parameters aside: o API URL o Request Payload (Copy paste the whole content, it might be quite long.)

16 Click on the Download Field Mapping to download a CSV file that includes Marketo API fields. For example: Configuration in Marketo To configure webhooks, go to Admin à Webhooks à New Webhook : Provide webhook name and description. In the URL field, paste the API URL that you copied before. Request type is POST. In the Template field, paste the Request Payload content that you copied before.

17 Request token encoding should be JSON. Response type should be XML. Click on Create. Now, click on the newly created webhook and scroll to Response Mappings section: Click on Edit and add all fields that you want populated in Marketo. The CSV file that you have downloaded previously will help you create this mapping. Response Attribute should be populated with Response Field Name from the CSV file. Each field retuning from Mintigo should be mapped to a Marketo field. Inside Edit Response Mapping modal, click on Add in order to add fields to mapping.

18 Click on Save to save webhook configuration. You are now ready to use the webhook in your campaigns. In case more than one webhook is needed (for more than one market, for example), using the Clone webhook will allow an easier setup.

19 Using Webhook in a Smart Campaign Setup: A Smart Campaign is required to call the webhook that will activate the integration. Choose what triggers the webhook call, and point your smart list to the Mintigo webhook.

20 Testing the Integration: Activate the Smart Campaign. To check the trigger, create a new lead so it will activate one of the triggers. o Usually, this only requires entering information in one of the forms. o After ~10 seconds, check lead in Smart Campaign. o Check activity log. Check the scoring after data update: o Modify lead s title field (for instance). o After ~10 seconds, check lead in Smart Campaign. o Check activity log. To check the activity log, find the lead in the Results tab and click on Lead Name to go to the Activity Log.

21 In the Activity Log you will find the lines that show which fields were updated. Looking at the activity details will help in checking if the setup information is correct.
