2 How to Log in to Secure Source-to-Pay The Managed Access Gateway (MAG) solution is used as the login authentication and access portal for Secure Source-to-Pay. To login and access Secure Source-to-Pay, go to Exostar s Managed Access Gateway. Note: It is recommended that you use Internet Explorer 7 or higher. Your Managed Access Gateway (MAG) account will be used to access Secure Source-to-Pay. Upon creation and approval of your MAG account, you will receive (s) containing information required for your first time login (account activation). If you did not request creation of your MAG account, then your buyer partner and Exostar will provide information regarding your access. To complete your first time login (account activation), the following information is required: : lastnamefirstinitial_xxxx (e.g smithl_1234) One-time password: no longer valid after the first time login is complete System generated password: xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx; type (or use cut and paste) the password exactly as it appears in the you receive, including the hyphens as depicted above. Depending on how your account is created, the above information is provided to you, via , as follows: Account System Generated One Time Password Information in registration created by? 3 Exostar Two separate s are sent: #1: #2: One Time Password If you have any questions regarding your account registration, contact the individual listed in the registration . Steps to Complete First Time Login Follow the instructions below to complete the first-time login process. 1. Go to and click on the link below First Time Login? 2. Once you click the link, the First Time Login screen is displayed. Enter the information provided to you in the from Exostar: a. MAG User ID b. One-Time Password c. System Generated Password Click Continue. 3

4 IMPORTANT: You must have both your one-time password, and the system generated password to complete the login process. 3. The New Password screen is displayed. Enter a new password twice, and then click Submit. Note: the password strength policy is provided for you on the screen. 4. The Password Reset Secrets screen is displayed. Select four unique questions from the drop-down list, and enter a response for each of the questions. Upon completion, click Submit. IMPORTANT: Please ensure you remember these secrets. You are required to provide answers to your secret questions if you need to reset your password in the future. 5. The First-Time Login Complete confirmation screen is displayed. You will now be automatically redirected to the Account Management Home Page, and you will receive an acknowledgement . 4

5 Retrieving your lost First Time Login Information If you misplace your first-time login credentials, follow the directions below to retrieve your firsttime login information. 1. From the First Time Login screen, click the Forgot any of the above information? Follow these steps link located at the bottom of the page. 2. Enter the Address and Zip Code used at the time of account creation. Then, enter a new password. This is a one-time password to access your account along with other details sent to you via . Click Continue to complete the request. 3. You will receive an from Exostar Administrators with your Login ID and 16-digit numeric system-generated password. You also need the one-time password you created above to login. 4. Follow the steps as provided in the section: Steps to complete your first time log-in. 5

6 Access the Secure Source-to-Pay (S2P) application from MAG After successful login to the MAG portal, the MAG Dashboard is displayed which provides access to the Source-to-Pay application. From the Home tab, the Secure S2P application is listed under the My Applications column. Click Open Application for Secure S2P in order to launch the solution. Note: If the status for the application says Request Access, you will need to request access. Your organization s MAG Administrator will receive the request via , and will need to approve the request before you will be able to access Secure S2P. 6

7 Accessing different modules from the Secure Source-to-Pay Dashboard Upon logging into Secure S2P, you are presented with the Secure S2P Dashboard page. You can switch to other system modules that you have been granted access to and navigate seamlessly between them from the Applications menu displayed at the top right corner of the screen. Select the application dropdown to view available modules. Click on the desired module that you wish to navigate to. NOTE: The dashboard is permissions based. Therefore, the Applications menu will only display the modules that you have been granted access to. How to Log Out To sign out of the system, select Sign Out in the upper right of the solution. 7
