2 RRR.fm Welcome Once your subscription to RRR.fm has been processed you will receive this Welcome to RRR.fm . Read the directions carefully and keep in a convenient place for referral. Please note the links for the Answer Keys and the Tutorial Options. The tutorial video will be very helpful in setting up the classroom. Hello! Thank you for subscribing to RRR.fm, our streaming music service for playing educational rap in the classroom and at home 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Here are a few tips to get you started: Your Login Information: Username: [YOUR ADDRESS] Password: [YOUR ADDRESS] (this can be updated per your request, or you may update the password here: City: [YOUR CITY] State: [YOUR STATE] (please note that login information is case sensitive) Welcome Page for RRR: Worksheet Answer Keys (available ONLY to teachers): Watch a tutorial video to see how quick and easy it is to set up your first classroom playlist: Watch on TeacherTube: Teacher_View&ref=educationalrap Watch on You Tube: Download the video from Box.net: Remember, the login provided above is the TEACHER login. This is where you login to create your classrooms. Once logged into your teacher account, you ll want to create and assign each classroom an easy to remember name and password, and then share that login information with your students. 3 Welcome and Log In Log in to begin creating your classrooms. The first time you login, you will use your address as the login and password. Enter your city and state. Refer to your WELCOME to RRR.fm for login, password, city and state information. To create a new password (unique to you), click on Forgot your password? You will be sent an to your login address allowing you to create a new password. Your password can be changed at any time using this connection.

4 Login to Begin This is the view once you have logged in. You will enter your information (with your unique password) every time you visit your classroom. Remember your password. Do not share this password with anyone.

5 Create a Classroom Create up to five unique classrooms. Begin here!

6 Create a Classroom Choose a classroom login and Password that is easy for students to remember. You can add a brief description of the class and choose a background color. When finished click on Next.

7 Song Selection Screen Select and preview songs by clicking on the album icon or song title. Select a song for your classroom of current songs by clicking on the (+) sign. Delete a song from your classroom by clicking on the (-) sign.

8 Preview Pane for Song Selection To hear or Preview an audio track click on the icon or title. You will be able to listen to sound tracks. You will NOT see Lyrics, Resources, Worksheets or Standards on this screen. This is for PREVIEWING audio only. To close this screen in the darker gray area. This will take you to the classroom screen. You may bypass this screen and click on SAVE CLASSROOM if you wish

9 Selected Song Screen After you have selected songs and closed the Preview Pane click on Save Classroom.

10 Screen of Saved Classrooms After you have SAVED CLASSROOM a screen of all your saved classrooms will appear. Click on the NAME of the classroom to open, view or download Lyrics, Worksheets etc.

11 Classroom Saved Songs When the Classroom appears, click on the song title or icon and the Song Page will appear.

12 Song Page Screen From the Song Page you can view lyrics, play audio files, or download Source materials. This is the view students see when they have signed in.

Up to five Classrooms may be created in each Teacher Account. Students cannot access Teacher Account. Teacher signs into Account with login ( address); password (unique ); city and state. Teacher manages, deletes and edits Classrooms from Teacher Account. Students and Teacher sign into Classroom(s) with Class name, password (assigned by teacher), city, state. Teacher may recover or reset Account password at any time. (see Forgot Password? PP) No one else (not even RRR.fm) has this information. Students cannot change any information in the Classroom.
