5 URL of esop Portal The esop Learning Portal can be accessed from the URL:

6 Register / Create New Account Click on Register / Create new account option, to create a login for the portal.

7 Registration Form ID will be Username for esop Portal to login. Enter a valid ID and Alternate mail ID also, so that confirmation link and alerts will be sent.

8 Registration Form Fill your Personal, Contact, Professional Details and click on Create My New Account.

9 Account Activation-Authentication of On successful submission of the registration form, a confirmation mail (as shown below) is sent to the id specified by the user during the time of registration. To confirm the account, the user has to click the web address mentioned in the mail.

10 Categories The course content is arranged under various categories. Currently, there are two categories viz. Professional - Courses designed for basic users ie. Users who implement the programme Master Trainer - Courses designed for users who can train the basic users.

11 Categories - Courses To enrol for a course, the user has to visit the course of his/her choice and then click Enrol me in this course option available in the Administration Tab.

12 Enrollment in a course Registered users can self-enrol to a course of their choice. Once they enrol for a course they become a student of that course and hence are eligible to take self and course assessments of the enrolled course.

13 Final Certification- Booking a Slot Login to the portal and Click on Book A Slot.

14 Course & Location Selection Select Category, Course and Location, to view the available slots to appear for Final Assessment. Select the required slot.

15 Creation of the Slot Check your mail ID, Location, Address of the Test Centre, Slot Dates and Timings. Click on Create to confirm your reservation.

16 Slot Confirmation Seat has been successfully created for appearing Final Assessment.

17 Documents required for authentication On the date of Final Assessment, candidate should reach the esop Test Centre 30 min prior to the Test Slot. Candidate need to provide Photo Identity card (any one of the following document) to esop Test Centre In-charge for approving the slot: Aadhar card Voter Identity Card Driving license PAN Card

19 Sample Camera/ CCTV Footage Candidate face and system screen should be clearly visible in the Camera Footage. esop Test is an open book exam (soft copies not allowed), candidate can use/ verify SOP while appearing for the esop Test.

20 Process Final Assessment After visiting the esop Test Centre, provide any photo ID proof to the esop Test Centre Incharge to validate your reservation. Login to the portal, visit Book A Slot page Select your upcoming reservation

21 Process Final Assessment Click on Get Password, to view the password for appearing the Final Assessment. Note down the Password (One-Time Password).

22 Process Final Assessment Navigate to the course page and select the course for which slot has been reserved. Select Final Assessment in Course Assessment Click on Attempt Quiz Now.

23 Final Assessment Quiz Password Enter / type your Quiz Password and Click on Continue to start the Final Assessment. If you are not noted down the password, select Click here to get your password, to open the password page.

24 Final Certification The quiz is displayed one question at a time. The quiz navigation helps to navigate to the questions. Clicking on Next button also takes a user to the next question. The question can be answered, flagged (if the answer to the question is doubtful or needs to be reviewed later) or can be left unanswered too. To flag a question, click on Flag question link available in question summary block. The status on whether a question is answered or not can be seen both from the navigation block (filled in boxes with question number for answered questions and empty boxes with question number for the unanswered one) or from the question status indicated in the question summary block.

25 Final Certification Timer is displayed below the quiz navigation block to indicate to users the time available for completion of the course. Click on Finish attempt once the quiz is completed. A summary of attempt (question-wise) is displayed. A user can choose to return to the attempt or Submit all and finish the assessment. Return to the attempt will reopen a quiz, while Submit all and finish will submit the assessment for grading. No further changes to the answers will be allowed. On confirmation of the submit all and finish action, a feedback sheet is displayed. The time taken for the completion of the quiz and the feedback on every question is displayed. The grade for the quiz is also displayed.

27 Final Certification Test Review Click on the question number that you want to review or click Next to view all the questions. Once you are gone through the question or if you want to skip the review just Click on Finish review.

28 Get Certificate Certificate link will appear, once you have successfully completed the Final Assessment.

29 Get Certificate Navigate to the certificate page and Click on Get Your Certificate to view your certificate.

31 Validity of the Certificate Click on the Certificate Validity icon on the Home Page or navigate to the certificate and select Click here to view the validity of the certificate. Enter CC No or ID and click on verify to search the details.
