1 Welcome to the ASET Salary Survey Anyone in the field of Neurodiagnostics is encouraged to participate. Participation is free and ASET membership is not required. All participants will receive a copy of the results. Here are some instructions that will help you easily make your way through the 5 Parts of the survey. The survey will take approximately 15 mins to complete Everyone will complete Part 1, 2 and 3 Managers, Supervisors and Technologists working alone will complete Part 4 Self-employed, and those doing any Contract/Fee for service work will complete Part 5

2 The salary survey is in the ASET Learning Portal The ASET Learning Portal url: Enrollment in the salary survey is done in the shopping cart on the ASET membership website: www. aset.org

3 If you are an ASET member who has used the elearning Portal, log in, but if not, simply proceed to the Shopping Cart. The registration process is done through the shopping cart. Your contact information will be used to enroll you in the survey and allow you to have access to the results after it is completed. A report will be placed in the same elearning portal module.

4 Select the 2014 Salary and Benefits Survey. The records are kept anonymous. Your information will be kept in a participant list, so you can gain access to the finished survey, but your data is compiled using only a numbering system. Your answers to the survey cannot be linked to your name even by ASET staff.

8 Check your ! You will receive a receipt immediately and within an hour you will receive an with your username and password to the ASET elearning Portal where the salary survey is housed. Use your username/password to log into the elearning Portal

9 Dear Online Salary Survey Participant, Welcome to ASET Online Education! Your student account has been created in the ASET Learning Portal. To access your courses in the ASET elearning Portal, use this link: Username: Password: Course(s): ASET 2014 Salary Survey If you forget your password, the system s it to you, if you provide your correct username. Once you are logged in, you can click the "Find Courses" tab at the top of the page to open the drop down menu, then click "Courses". This will open the Course Category page. Click the category that corresponds with your course and then click the title of the course to open it. If the system asks for an enrollment key, you will need to clear your browser history and try again. Under "Navigation" you can see a list of your courses, and can make edits to your profile using the links provided. Under the "Edit profile" tab you can upload an optional picture of yourself to appear next to your name when logged in. Keeping your username and password the same as the username and password for the ASET website will make things simpler. Please update your profile should your , phone, or address change. Once issued, your username must stay the same in the elearning portal, to insure your records of credits are accurate. If you change your ASET membership password, when you next purchase an online course, your updated password will be sent over to the elearning portal with your purchase information. Webinars: If you are registering for a Webinar prior to the live event, the link will be sent to you in a separate before the event. The link to the live event is also available in the elearning portal before the event. After the live Webinar event, the recording of the webinar will be placed in the elearning portal with the other online courses. You will be able to access the recording the week after the event. Once you are logged in, click "Find Courses" then click the category and the title of the webinar to enter and access the recording (QuickTime movie file, handout, MP3 recording, etc.). Webinar quizzes are now available separately for those not participating live, who have access to the webinar recording through their institution. To be able to take the quiz and earn credit, register for the quiz and successfully complete it to earn credit. If you do not see the quiz you would like to take, contact Maggie at: maggiemn@me.com. ASET-CEU Credits: ASET Online education provides a certificate at the end of each course, lecture, webinar recording, or quiz. After completing the exam, return to the course outline page, make sure your computer's pop-up blocker is turned off and click the certificate link. The link to the certificate will not be visible until the course requirements are successfully completed. If your certificate link is not visible, second click grades on the left while with in a course to see if all requirements have been submitted. The certificate will pop up and you can print it for your records and you can save a copy as a PDF. It is recommended that you do both. A copy of this certificate can be sent in for re-certification, or exam eligibility purposes. ABRET will a ccept the certificates, or your transcript of ASET-CEUs or any combination of both. If you have a copy of the certificate, you have all the proof you need that you have earned the credit. There are informational and instructional materials on the learning portal home page. Please read these if you are new to the ASET elearning Portal or refer to them for help in downloading video, posting to a forum or other course functions. 10 When you arrive at the learning portal you will need to log in. If you have a learner profile from pervious courses, enter your username and password. If this is your first time on the learning portal you will need to look for the telling you, your username & password.

11 Once you are logged in, click the Find Courses tab and then click on Courses

13 Select the 2014 Salary Survey

14 Click here to begin. You can access the different parts of the salary survey by clicking the name of the section in the list. As you complete each part, progress to the next item in the list, until you have completed all the sections that apply to your employment situation.

15 At the bottom of each section of the survey there is a Submit button. Be sure to submit each part of the survey to be tabulated. If you wish to save your answers without submitting and return later to complete the survey, click the save button. Remember to Submit each section of the survey!
