2 About Tammy s Catering Hot Lunch Program Tammy s Catering Inc. is Divine Savior Academy s hot lunch provider and handles all aspects of the hot lunch program including the menu, payments, and customer service. Tammy s offers many hot lunch options for our students, as well as an easy payment system for DSA families. PreK-5th Grade Program In PreK-5th grade, Tammy s offers two hot meal choices every day as well as the choice of a sandwich or salad. In addition to meal options, students are also able to choose their side items from a variety of fruit, vegetable, snack, and dessert choices. The cost of PreK-5th grade lunch is $5.00/day, beverage included. Breakfast is offered from 7:30am-8:00am in the high school cafeteria. 6th-12th Grade Program In 6th-12th grade, students eat in the high school cafeteria. They have a variety of hot meal choices ($5.50/day) or the option to purchase hamburgers, sandwiches, pizza, salads, as well as chips, beverages, and other snack items a la carte style (see attached 6th-12th menu for pricing). Breakfast is offered from 7:30am-8:00am in the high school cafeteria Hot Lunch Menu A monthly hot lunch menu is available in Divine Savior s school offices or online at the Divine Savior website ( Payments All DSA students automatically have a lunch account. In order to activate this account, a credit card authorization form must be on file and you must open a account. The CC authorization form will only be used to charge a past due account if the parents can t be contacted. This form must be updated throughout the year if there are any changes on the credit card information. Account payments can be made in the form of cash, check (Tammy s Catering), or credit card. Payments are taken by phone, in person, or on An automatic payment account can be set up by filling out the bottom of the CC authorization form. Parents have the option to choose for the account to be replenished automatically weekly, biweekly, or monthly. Contact Information Tammy s Catering handles all payments and customer service inquiries. Divine Savior Academy and its employees do not have access to payment systems or parent requests. 3 Tammy s Catering: Signup for Hot Lunch! Once you have turned in your credit card authorization form, created an online account, and deposited funds, your student may order hot lunch. You do not have to presign up for lunch. As long as there is money in your student s account, he/she may order from the hot lunch program. Students who over a $5 balance will be given bread and butter. Through this online account, you can monitor your child s lunchtime purchases, track what your child has been eating, make food restrictions, make deposits into their meal accounts, and have an reminder sent to you when your child s account balance gets low. Each child s account will be updated nightly so that account balance information and payments will be current. Below is a quick guide to setting up your User ID. If you would like detailed information use the Parent Guide to School Payment Portal This document will assist new users with the most basic functionality of the School Payment Portal. Click on HERE to take you to the Home Page Enter your Address and Password you just created Click HERE to add students Enter your students last name and student ID number then click search Click on MANAGE CAFETERIA ACCOUNT From here you can view your student s account to see their balance and what they have purchased since the first day of school or add funds to your student s account. FEE STRUCTURE Credit Card Payments (Visa, MasterCard, Discover) 2.3% + $1.00 per transaction EXAMPLE: Parent/Guardian Deposits $50.00 Credit Card Payment: The parent/guardian would be charged $50.00 that is deposited to the district bank account as well as a $2.15 convenience fee paid to us to cover the fee processing expenses. As part of the LunchTime suite of software, SchoolPaymentPortal is being offered as a safe, secure and convenient way for parents or guardians of students manage school payments. You will have the opportunity to track purchases, create reminders and set up automatic payments. The automatic payment portion is ready for you to set up your account and view their daily transactions. Below is a guide to setting up your students account. If you do not want to pay on-line and would like to continue sending in money with your student, you are still able to create a user name and password to track your students purchases and see how much money is on the account. 9 Creating a New Account To create a NEW account, click the green Create Account button.
10 Fill in the information: Click the Create Account button.
11 Once the New Account has been successfully created, Click the blue Login Page button to complete the Login process.
12 Logging into the School Payment Portal Click on the Parent Login
13 Enter your credentials and Click the Sign In button. Site Logout Along the top menu bar, click on Log Out to end your session
14 Adding Students to Account On the Student Access Page, Click the blue Add Student button. The Student Access Page will be your first page if you have not added any students. You can also click Home in the menu bar along the top. Click on the Add Student button. Enter the Zip Code of your students school. Click the Continue button on the bottom.
15 Available schools will be displayed. Click on the blue Select to the left of your students school. Enter the Required information and Click on the blue Continue button in the lower right.
16 Verify the information and Click on the blue Add Student to the left of your students name. You will be returned to the Student Access page. You can add additional students as needed. Make a Cafeteria Deposit On the Home Screen, click the Make Cafeteria Deposit button. Enter the Deposit Amount for each Student Listed and click the Continue button.
17 Review the Payment Screen and then Click the Add To Cart button. Once all Cafeteria Deposits have been added to your Shopping Cart, click the Check Out button.
18 Your payment options will be displayed. If your school only accepts Credit Cards or ACH you may not see multiple options. If you have not used the payment system, you may not have a Saved Account. Note the Service Fee and associated amounts for each listed payment option. Click on Select next to the payment option you wish to use.
19 Enter all the required information in the Billing Information Section.
20 If ACH was chosen, continue to the Account Information Section, adding information from a printed check. Confirm the Service Fee and the Total Due.
21 If Credit Card was chosen, enter the required information: Confirm the Service Fee and the Total Due.
22 You must check the box to confirm the Total Due will be paid using the selected payment source. Click the Process Payment button. You will receive a Receipt. You may print this for your records by clicking the blue Print button or return to your account by clicking on the gray Back to My Account button.
23 Make a Payment Click on Items/Fees on the black bar at the top of the page if your school accepts payments for additional items. School Items If there are currently any fees owed by students associated with your account, they will show below: Click on the blue View/Pay text to the left of your student. Details of the Item/Fees are shown: Click on the blue Make A Payment button on the right.
24 Enter the Amount you wish to pay in the Amount box. The default will be the entire amount. Select, delete and enter your desired amount. Click on the blue Continue button on the left. Confirm the details shown on the screen and Click on the blue Add to Cart button.
25 If you have additional students and/or fees, you can click on Continue Shopping to choose these items to add to your cart. If you are ready to make a payment, Click on the blue Check Out button. Additional fees associated with the Payment Method will be shown. Click on the blue Select to accept these fees.
26 Fill in the appropriate demographic information (above) and the appropriate payment information (below): Make sure to check the box to confirm that you wish to have your credit card charged for the Total Due. Click on the green Process Payment button.
27 A receipt will be generated. If needed, Click on the blue Print button. If a hard copy is not required, use the gray Back to My Account button. Reminders Users can establish thresholds for each student and receive either reminders or automatic payments when the threshold has been reached. Under the Cafeteria Account section, Click on View/Set Reminders.
28 Click on Modify next to the Student. From the Reminder Type dropdown, choose either Auto or Auto Replenish. Click the Continue Enter the required information and click the Continue button.
29 Verify the information and click the Save Reminder button. Repeat with additional students as needed. Transactions Click on the blue text Transactions to see a listing of all cafeteria activity for that student.
30 Review the information then click the Return button.
31 Restrict Items Your school may allow Restrict Items. This allows parents/guardians to control cafeteria purchases. You will see all the items available for purchase. Click on the blue text Restrict to restrict specific items. Restricted items will show in the upper list. Please be cautious in setting restrictions. If your school does not offer this option online, you may be able to contact the school nurse or food services directly to discuss dietary requirements. My Account You can use the My Account menu to Change Your Password, Change Your Address and Review Saved Payment Sources.
32 Change Your Password Fill in the New Password Fill in Confirm New Password, Click Update button to Save changes Change Your Address Enter the address you wish to associate with this account, Click Update button to Save changes Review Saved Payment Sources Under Saved Payment Sources, Click Modify
33 Enter updated information for your payment source.
34 Click Continue when finished to return to the Home screen.
