The Snow Conference is rotating annually with the four Western Canadian Chapters (Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta, and British Columbia) to link people, with the information, skills, experience, and equipment. This conference is tailored specifically to issues that our public works face with Canadian winters. The tradeshow will allow exhibitors to demonstrate how their company s technology and/or service provides a solution that addresses the needs of the snowfighting industry. The tradeshow will be held alongside the sessions with easy access for the delegates. This will allow you a wonderful opportunity to interact with the almost 800 communities, RMs, and First Nations that have been invited to attend. Invitations have been sent to the other three provinces communities as well. Tradeshow runs from: Wednesday, September 26 th from 12:00 to 7:30 p.m. with supper provided in the tradeshow area. We will also be hosting a Snow Plow Roadeo! The attached registration form outlines the cost to display, as well as the many other opportunities for advertising and sponsorship. We hope that you will consider these valuable options. Please remember, booths are reserved on a first come/first paid basis. Sponsorship Opportunities: We are offering you the opportunity to become a financial supporter of the Conference. Supporters will be recognized in the Conference Program, at the opening ceremonies, on the scrolling electronic overhead, and on signage that is prominently displayed at the entrance to the conference. The Chapter will signify your support on our website and your company's web link will be posted to our Chapter web page for a period of one year. You will also be recognized in the Western Canada Public Works Roadrunner magazine (which is a great advertising opportunity to promote your company to the public works professionals from across the province and western Canada).
