53 Glossary of Terms IP Address. In the context of StatementLook, the IP address (aka Internet address) is a series of numbers separated by periods that identifies your computer to the StatementLook system. Each time you connect to StatementLook the system determines what IP Address you are logging in from and checks to see if it is registered as part of your user profile. If it is then you are able to log in without going through additional security validation (you still need to enter your valid user name and password). If you are using a computer, that you do not normally use, your IP address could be different and therefore you would be asked to verify additional information before logging in. Your IP address may also be different if you are using a dial-up or satellite Internet connection or if you have recently changed Internet service providers or are connecting via a laptop computer from a different network than you normally use. In those cases or if you never registered an IP address when you set up your username and password, you would be asked to verify additional information before logging in to StatementLook. Control Account. If your company has multiple cards issued to multiple employees you can consolidate the accounts by having Business Card Services designate a Control Account to link other Sub-Accounts to. By registering your control account with StatementLook you will be able to access all Sub-Accounts without having to log into those accounts separately. Please contact us at for more information. Sub-Account(s). These are accounts that are linked to the Control Account for easier reconciliation and payment. They can be viewed individually by the individuals whose names are on the cards or in a consolidated manner under one StatementLook user ID and Password by the person who has been grated access to the Control Account. Individual Account. When an account is not a Control Account or Sub-Account it is classified as an Individual Account. Auto-Pay. You can set up your accounts to be paid from your checking or savings account on a recurring basis using Auto-Pay. You can choose to pay the Minimum Amount Due, Full Statement Balance, or a Custom Amount. The payment will be made on the Payment Due Date. For additional information, please contact us at
