1 Adjusting Company Settings on Personal Mobile Devices for Exchange Online This knowledge base article will assist in adjusting mobile device settings for Mayne Pharma s migration to Exchange Online. These instructions will be useful for the company migration scheduled from 01 AUG 2018 through 31 DEC 2018 for employees who started prior to 01 AUG Terms to know: - Sync: Short for Synchronization, a process which make sure that data is updated and the same in multiple places, such as on computers or mobile devices. Select your device and mail application: - iphone, ipad, or ipod Touch using ios Mail - iphone, ipad or ipod Touch using Outlook - Android (General) - Android device using built-in Mail - Android device using Outlook

2 iphone, ipod Touch, and ipad using ios Mail - Directions for the ipod Touch will be identical to these directions. ipad setup will be similar, with the only difference being a larger screen size. 1. Touch Settings 2. Touch Accounts & Passwords

3 3. Select the account associated to your Mayne Pharma address. If you are unsure, touch each account until you find the one that lists Account: at the top. 4. Touch the top Exchange Account

4 5. Change the following details: a. Change Server to mail.office365.com b. Change Domain to blank (nothing in the field) c. Change username to your address, 6. Press Done. The account settings will go through a verification process, and checks marks should appear beside them. Your iphone, ipad or ipod Touch change is now complete.

5 iphone, ipad or ipod Touch using Outlook 1. Open Outlook from your home screen. 2. Click the Menu button in the top left corner, followed by settings in the bottom left corner.

6 3. Select your maynepharma.com account, followed by Delete Account. 4. Outlook will return to the Add Account screen. Enter your address and press Add Account

7 5. When prompted to Sign In, enter your network password. 6. When prompted to add another account, choose Not Now. If prompted to allow notifications, choose Turn On followed by Allow.

8 7. Click the Menu button in the top left corner, followed by settings in the bottom left corner. 8. Select Signature

9 9. Clear Get Outlook for ios and do not insert a signature. Our server will automatically add your Mayne Pharma signature to your s. Your iphone, ipad or ipod Touch change is now complete.

10 Android (General) Different vendors of Android devices have a drastically different setup. While we do our best to document in a way that covers as many devices as possible, your phone may not exactly match the pictures seen in this section. Regardless of which Android phone you have, the following basics still apply: 1. The setup will always be under a Settings > Accounts type screen 2. The server type you need will be labeled Corporate, Exchange, or Microsoft Exchange. Do not use Outlook.com 3. The information to set up your account will always be the same: a. Your address (e.g. first.last@maynepharma.com) b. Your username (e.g. first.last@maynepharma.com) and password c. Our server (mail.office365.com) d. Our internal domain (leave blank) Android device using built-in Mail 1. From the App Drawer, Touch Settings

11 2. From the Personal section, touch Accounts 3. Select the account associated to your Mayne Pharma address.

12 4. Select Account Settings, and confirm which account again 5. Touch Incoming Settings 6. Change the following details:

13 a. Change Domain\username to your address, b. Change Server to mail.office365.com c. Press DONE 7. The account should go through a quick verification process. Your Android change is now complete.

14 Android Device using Outlook 1. Open Outlook from your home screen. 2. Click the Menu button in the top left corner, followed by settings in the bottom left corner.

15 3. Select your maynepharma.com account, followed by Delete Account. 4. Outlook will return to the Add Account screen. Enter your address and press Continue

16 5. When prompted to Sign In, enter your network password. 6. When prompted to add another account, choose Skip.

17 7. Click the Menu button in the top left corner, followed by settings in the bottom left corner. 8. Select Signature

18 9. Clear Get Outlook for Android and do not insert a signature. Our server will automatically add your Mayne Pharma signature to your s. Your Android change is now complete.
