Integrated with your clinical system, MJog will replace any current messaging services you use and provide automated reminders and Friends & Family Test messages (FFT) Complete QOF invites via SMS, reducing time and postage costs whilst also reducing administration time Send messages and questionnaires to patients via a smartphone App. (MJog Messenger, for Android & ios) Give patients the option to cancel appointments they cannot attend by replying to your messages

6 Automated messages - 1 Reminders Patients can reply to the messages sent through SMS to cancel their appointment if necessary MJog reads the FIRST WORD of all replies Any message of Cancel will remove the appointment from your books Cancel messages are highlighted in red in the MJog inbox Patients are known to not always read instructions

17 MJog Smart Free-to-use App available for both ios and Android platforms Reduces SMS costs and allows for richer content No more false-responses, you provide the options for the patient to select. Backup to SMS - If a patient deletes the app from their phone, MJog can automatically fallback to SMS for their messages

MJog s voice message is not just a text message read aloud, it is a fully interactive conversation. Giving patients the choice of being able to respond 24/7 has had a huge impact for us. MJog has increased patient awareness and take-up of our services, and is now starting to provide us with valuable information on patient behaviour and use of tobacco and alcohol. The main impact of MJOG has been to massively speed up the process of running campaigns. We mainly use it for our monthly recalls for our management of long term conditions.
