2 PROGRAMME OVERVIEW ABOUT THE ICE PROGRAMME Sony has developed the Independent Certified Expert (ICE) Programme to enable industryrecognised freelance professionals to share realworld stories and insight of using our products and solutions. Through their compelling story telling, ICEs are able to provide a unique knowledge sharing experience to our customers.

3 WHAT MAKES AN ICE What does it mean to be an ICE? What makes an ICE Working day-to-day in the industry, ICEs have a great deal of hands on time with our products acquiring the highest level of knowledge and expertise. This enables them to provide independent views of our products and solutions, as well as inspirational stories of how they use them to create their exceptional work. We certify many different types of professionals including: DoPs, Cinematographers, Corporate Videographers, Wedding Videographers, News Cameramen, Sports Cameramen, Vision Mixers, Technical Engineers etc. Imagery: Ian Burton UK ICE

4 ICE CATEGORIES Categories of ICE Accreditation There are currently 10 categories of ICE certification: Professional Camcorders Professional Monitors Archiving & Storage Digital Motion Picture Cameras Switchers and Live Systems Creative Software System Cameras 4K Digital Cinema Professional Audio Video Security and more to come

Masterclasses/ Workshops In-depth classroom style sesssions on specific products and solutions. Utilising a mixture of practical and theoretical elements.
