1 Your Guide to Access the 2011 USDAA / Cynosport World Games Dog Agility Championships To enjoy this week s USDAA / Cynosport World Games Dog Agility Championships, review the following step by step instructions for access (Please note that the webcast is being streamed using Adobe Flash format, which does not work on Apple products. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause): Open your browser and go to The CynosportTV home page appears: On the home page, you may Login Register Review video library To review event details of the featured event on the home page, simply click on the large image on the left half of the screen. To purchase, you must register or login (if already registered). To Register, click the REGISTER button below the LOGIN button (upper right part of the screen): If you have previously set up an account on Cynosport.TV, you may simply login. If you do not remember your password or username, then click the LOGIN button with the fields empty, and you will be taken to a larger login screen where you may have your userid and password ed to you, provided your current address is on file. If not, you may contact us via or telephone, or simply register again, providing your current contact information.

2 The following Registration form appears after clicking the Register button: Complete the form, providing as much information as possible. Items marked with an asterisk * are required. This enables us to contact you if required to service your account. Click Submit, taking you to the video library screen as shown below. The featured event will appear at the top of the Video Library. Videos are shown below. Note the View all Live Event Feeds link to the right of the Newest LIVE Event Feeds and you may scroll down to see the On Demand videos available. Click View Details to purchase a video or video package (collection of videos). Note that the featured 2011 USDAA/ Cynosport World Games Dog Agility Championships package includes the live stream and access to the video on demand following the event.

3 After clicking View Details, the following screen will appear, showing package details: Click Add to cart to purchase. Note the price at the bottom of the screen. The individual components of this package are shown on the bottom of the screen. Scroll down to see all items.

4 Shopping Cart screen: Click FIND MORE if you wish to review prior year videos and find other items to your cart. Click CHECK OUT to make payment and load the video into your MY VIDEO account. Payment must be made by credit or debit card by completing the following screen:

5 Complete the payment form and click PLACE ORDER. If successful, you will receive the following THANK YOU screen: You will also receive an confirmation of your purchase, which will now appear in your Order History under the My Account link and the My Videos link in the right margin under the blue MEMBER TOOLS flag. To access the video, you can click My Videos link, or the Click here to watch your videos now link just above your payment information:

6 Click the View Details link on the package in My Videos to access individual items in your purchased package. If the package includes only one item, then you will go directly to the video player. Since the 2011 Cynosport Games Live Package includes the Live Stream, as well as On Demand videos from each final event, you must go to the details page to select a component.

7 Under each component, you may access more descriptive details of each component, and the screen has notations whether the video is Not Yet Available (or Expired ), and a Watch Now link appears when the video is available during the term of purchase. The On Demand Videos show to be not yet available. The date and time available (as scheduled) appears below each video image.

8 Click on Watch Now to access the video player: Depending on the bandwidth required of the stream, a circular icon may appear in the middle of the player while the video loads. Live streams should start within 60 seconds, while On Demand video streams may take 1 to 3 minutes, depending on the size of the video file and speed of your connection. A high speed connection is highly recommended. A connection below 768k download speed will likely not yield good results. It is recommended that the video be played on a 1mb connection to assure decent quality viewing. Also note the View Course Map link at the lower right corner of the player. This appears when a course map has been uploaded. Should a stream not be available, an error message may appear in the middle of the screen across the circular icon. If this should occur, check the time for the webcast and be sure the webcast should be running. If so, then wait a moment and click the link below the player to reload the page.

9 Should you encounter any difficulty, please try again. The Internet is not without interruptions. This can be due to a variety of conditions, including but not limited to your connection, delivery across the Internet, and settings on your computer. On occasion there can be broadcast connection difficulties, but we are able to monitor these closely. Should we become aware of an outage, we will seek to post to a notice via Twitter (see right side of the player on the previous page), on USDAA s Facebook page, on the USDAA news page at usdaa.com, or any combination of these outlets.
