Passwords can be supplied by Excellent Systems, Distributors, dealers and end-users who have access to the system. After receiving a username and password an user can also give others access to the RampCalc. Figure 1.0: Login screen. After login the RampCalc can be used. 2

Step 1: Select a ramp solution Figure 1.1: Ramp solution selection The first action to perform is the ramp selection. There are 13 main solutions to choose from. Every solution is displayed with an image and a short explanation. By clicking on the Select button the solution is loaded and the program continues to the next step. 3

By using black infill tiles the ramp will be much cheaper. By using grey infill tiles the ramp is a little bit more expensive, but looks from the sides as a complete grey block. By using no infill tiles the ramp will be filled with grey standard tiles. Using the grey standard tiles is the most expensive way of building a ramp, 6
7 Step 5: Calculation and material consumption Figure 1.5: Calculation step and material amount In step 5 the material calculation is performed, based on properties set in previous steps. On the step 5 page all basic ramp materials needed are displayed. In the next step the calculation will be completed with additional materials for security and fixing. 7
8 Step 6: Fixing on the floor Figure 1.6: Fixing on the floor By following the instructions on step 6 the program advises how to attach the ramp to the floor. Specifications like: permanent/removable, indoor/outdoor, flat floor/or not, screws in doorstep possible yes/no - are used to define fixing method. The program advise is optional. By filling the blanks below the user can define how much fixing material is needed. 8
